Bought a pair of flip flops. They didn't fit. Only a person with a thin foot, top to bottom could wear them. They were wide, side to side, but didn't fit someone with a nice arch.

Extremely happy with this company. Purchased my first pair of sandals/ flip flops after seeing them on Good Morning America. I walk over 6000 steps a day in these sandals with such comfort- never an issue with knee or back pain. Highly recommend!

Delivered shoes are to narrow. My wife and I tried over and over to contact, no one is there. Instead of exchanging we are sending back. Would have liked to work with them, but they don’t care.

I bought 3 pair of shoes from this company. 2 pair of shoes worked out well. The 3rd pair I wanted to return, because of sizing. I returned the shoes& placed them in a smaller bag w/ tags on them to send back, because I was paying for shipping to return & I asked for a refund. It’s been 3 months & I have received very little correspondence, I’ve emailed several times & left several messages with no call back. They said because I didn’t send the shoes back in the box they won’t issue me a refund. So now I paid for shoes, paid to return shoes, & now have no shoes & I’m out $40 with no response & no resolution. I’ve asked them to give me store credit or just return the shoes in a bigger size & I get no where. Worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with. I would never buy anything from this company again

I saw this company featured on Good Morning America as a small business that needed help during the pandemic. I ordered a pair of shoes and two sandals. The foot bed of the leather sandals came loose within about a month. When you walk it makes a swooshing sound from the air being trapped in the foot bed being squeezed out. I emailed the company and they said to send them a picture of the problem. Seriously! How can i take a picture of air? I emailed them back and asked how to deal with this and no response. Emailed a second time and no response. Pretty pathetic they played on peoples sympathies and don't stand behind their products.

Update: Items finally arrived. After placing an order for two pair and not receiving them in an acceptable amount of time, (Extra time allotted for slow shipment due to pandemic I attempted to make contact with customer service. I placed multiple calls with no success, eventually met with a full voicemail. Nobody ever responded to any of my voice messages or emails. I almost feel it was my original negative review that got them on their toes as I received the order approximately 3-4 days after leaving the negative review. Product: Shoes appear to be decent quality and are VERY comfortable. They have a super thick gel type insole to them. I love their shoes and wish I could leave a 5 star review, but due to not receiving any sort of explanation or apology regarding the extended shipment time I cannot.

I have had my new shoes for 2 days now. I absolutely LOVE them! Just had a baby 6 months ago and was having alot of trouble with my knees and feet. After wearing these shoes, I have noticed a big difference in my feet, they dont ache as much. Yes, I still have some baby weight to loss but these shoes helped me out alot with walking.

I bought a pair of Boat shoes and love them, saw one of my laces was fraying.
