I spoke to Pat. She was very helpful with my 2 questions. I just moved to the area and this Post office is walking distance from me. I was pleased with her customer service and glad to receive excellent service from my new Post Office.

Was here late night last day, the stupid self service machine doesn't work. Drove half and tried another location and the same situation there.

Sometimes this place can be busy but we have not had any issue with mail being delivered or damaged packages. I have mailed even 20-30 packages at once and they all get where they need to.

The worst USPS service I can ever got!! My package got misplaced and even after filing complaint with out resolving an issue they closed the case which I had to reopen again and still I am waiting for their actions

Great if you want to get someone else's mail. Not so great if you need to get your important mail and wonder if someone else got it instead. Great if you ever wanted one of those official post office mail carrying buckets. Not so great if you don't like your neighborhood littered with them, as they often leave them behind on the ground. Honestly, these days most mail is just junk mail anyways, time to rethink the USPS. Do we really need a US service dedicated to delivering 90% junk mail?

Alonda is very rude and does not accommodate she was very pushy about getting us out, granted we do go in 5 mins till close but there were two guest at the counter, she was distasteful to them as well. I can see why this place has a review of 2.3

The employees attempt to be helpful but at the end of the day... you will have a bad experience here. They have withheld mail without providing notice. They have rekeyed my box twice without notice. I can honestly say that this place is more of an inconvenience than a community service provider.

Worst post office ever. I was away from my apartment for 2 weeks and they put a green vacancy slip in my mailbox. I filled it out and left it there so they would resume the mail service. Its been 3 weeks and the mail person hasn't picked up the slip and my mail still hasnt resumed. I tried calling this branch 6 times and not a single person would pick up. The first time someone picked up then hung up and then it just keeps ringing after that. You should get new staff here

Every bad USPS experience I've had has been at this location. The letter bins are full. The package bin is full, or broken depending upon the day. The postage computer is down, or appears to work but never prints labels after charging your card. And if you get stuck having to deal with an employee, good luck! Rarely ever more than 1 person working, and they're always slow, rude, and insulting to customers. Every few months I try going here again to give it another chance (due to proximity to my home) and every time I regret it. Driving 10-15min to the next closest post office is what I resort to despite the inconvenience, as miraculously, they never have issues!

Mailed two bill payments from the curbside mailbox. Two weeks have passes and neither company has received the payments. Went to the post office to speak to a supervisor and no one was available, left name and number to call us. Three days later and no call. Went to the post office today, spoke to a supervisor. Was told there was nothing they could do. They were not willing to go look in the box and offered no apology or solution. Total waste of time. Incompetence reins at this location, they use to be decent now, they couldn’t care any less. No wonder people do things electronically, put these clowns 🤡 out on the street. By the way, if I could give a zero star rating, I would.
