Stop sending your fitness coach manager Cory, to public grocery stores, to harass people into fitness classes, they don't want. He was rude at Winco. Then again at Walmart.

Sort of odd, this place either gets 5 stars or 1 star. I guess perception is everything. Used to be more expensive before they became E-Sporta. Now just about anybody can afford to join and with that comes people who take no pride in their gym. You get what you pay for and this gym is less expensive than a lot of other places I've looked at. Very few gyms have a dry sauna, steam room, a large swimming pool, and jacuzzi all under one roof and these guys do.

Personal training is a complete disaster. My trainer actually passed away and now the staff changes about every 90 days. They make it almost impossible to get out of the training even after you have paid your term. I have been told several times the charges would stop but, yet they continued to appear. Been with LA for over ten years and in the last couple, other than visual upgrades, the place has completely declined.

If you used to come to this gym a year ago, you may have had a bad experience like I did. They have done a complete 180 and run a clean, organized, and comfortable facility to work out in. The prices are fair and better than some other gyms in the area. Management and employee interactions have been great for me as well! Cheers! P.S nice to have the steam room working regularly again

Very clean and spacious gym. Staff is super friendly and not pushy at all like some other gyms. Ask for Corey and V, both great guys and they really know what they're talking about.

I signed up for a personal training sessions. I have used very few of them because once a trainer is hired they immediately quit. I talked the the personal training manager and his response was “it’s not my fault nobody wants to work”. I asked for my money back because they’re not fulfilling their end of the contract and the gym Manager Bianca stated “you’re under contract”. So here I sit with no trainer because they can’t keep their help and them refusing to refund me my money. I have now opened a complaint with the BBB because they cannot hold their end of the contract. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been going to this gym since 2016, it used to be so clean, Josh was so great, he would clean non stop, not to mention he was the most nicest person, after he quit this place has been a mess, the floor is gross and dirty paper towels in every machine, so disappointed 😞 I really hope they take these reviews inconsideration.

By far best experience at a gym, from the staff politely greeting us upon check in, to very clean rest room/locker room and showers, the vibe was great, atmosphere was non judging and we had an awesome workout, and even enjoyed a dip in the pool and a moment in the steam room. Thank you Esporta fitness staff for making our experience very comfortable.

Pretty standard LA Fitness. They overcharge for their membership but at least they provide a relatively clean gym. I have been to several LA Fitness locations in multiple states and this one has the same typical things they all do. Nice that this location has a steam room in addition to the sauna. The bathroom area isn generally kept clean. If this was a cheaper gym it might get a higher score but with it being over priced it gets an average score for a standard gym.
