Was clearly talking to a new employee who had not been properly trained or was simply half asleep. I asked him for the dimensions to purchase a shipping label on my phone and he told me the dimensions of the item, not the box he was going to use. And then tried to put my item in a box that was obviously too small, even without any packaging. Here’s hoping that my fragile item makes it there in one piece. Will definitely never be going to this location again. ~Tony

I had the best experience at Mountain View, I got there right as they opened this morning at 7:30 AM with a mail on my tire, initially I was told I couldn’t be seen until 9 AM which was unfortunate because that would make me late for work. Gary put my mind at ease, called in a member to do my patch and got me out of the store by 8:10, while dealing with at least 6 other customers. I am amazed by how quickly I was taken care of.
