I go to this store at least twice a month to drop off Amazon returns and everyone I have dealt with here is great! I’m always in and out in a flash because they are so fast. Even when there is a line of customers, I never have to wait more than a minute. One of the workers even helped me after closing once since I had forgotten a package at home and asked her if she’d help me when I came back if they were closed already. Sure enough when I came back to the store about 5 minutes after closing, I knocked on the door and she let me in and processed my return. Now that’s great customer service! ~Aimee

Be ready waste your time about 4-5 hours for unload. Its easy to get late fee (( 250-300 $ ( efs check. Camcheck. Or cash only). Lumper is 195$ for 7 pallets( cash, cards, checks)...I would prefer don't take this load any more ~Andrew

I will NEVER come back here. I went in for a fill and instead of using any kind of primer or bonding agent before the acrylic they used NAIL GLUE and put down the acrylic on top of that. My nails are lifting off 2 days later. TWO DAYS. I paid 30 dollars for a fill only to have nail glue used as primer. Oh and the gel top coat pealed right off the day after. ~Madame

Had my nails done twice here, the first time they repaired a terrible job done at another salon. Everyone here is friendly yet professional, they are quick but never sacrifice quality for speed. Best manicure I ever had and the prices are more than reasonable. They suggested I try gel polish and I am so happy I took their advice! My nails are perfect, and stay that way until my next visit. I have been coming here on and off for a few years now, normally I'm pretty happy with the services. However, last night I decided to treat myself to a pedicure, well now both my big toes are infected and hurt extremely bad. I concur with the last review from Noah Perez. If the store doesn't want to take USPS boxes, then they shouldn't advertise it. It cannot be only some types of boxes. I wonder if USPS knows what they are doing? Don't recommend this store for any business. ~Ariel

Unfortunately I’ve had a few terrible experiences here. Tonight the card machines are down, they not only didn’t make an announcement but management made them take down the sign informing customers. They only had one line open with about 15 customers waiting on line. Then waited until you got to the front to tell you they only are accepting cash. Very poor customer service. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. ~S.J.
