Short lines and stocked shelves. Everything was mostly organized, but towards the end of the day, a little disorganization should be expected in a dollar store. It has been a while since my last shopping experience here, but as always, I enjoyed it. Most things, unfortunately, are no longer a dollar. But, given the state of supply chains these days, it's understandable

This dollar trees manager was apprehensive and shouldn't be dealing with the public. No courtesy or care if I bought a lot of items from the store had an annoyed face when she had to open the overflow register. If the place wasn't so close for me I'd drive every day to hidden valley pkwy Norco CA doller tree much bigger better selection & staff wonderfully helpful when it comes to multi quantity orders.

So a month ago I placed an online order with a pick up for this location. Last week I received a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. I went to the store and a very nice Assistant Manager named, Andrea from the Green Valley store was helping at this location. She tried her best but could not locate my order. She had a positive attitude and was very helpful throughout the whole ordeal, despite being pulled in other directions from her other two associates and customers. After not being able to find my order she called the Assistant Store Manager, Elaine, on the phone, for this location as the Store Manager was on leave. Elaine unfortunately was not helpful, she stated I should wait until tomorrow until another truck comes in. I stated I just wanted to take store credit or a refund as I was not able to come back and my confirmation reflected my item was delivered a week ago. She refused and stated I would have to go through the online process. I then asked to speak to the District Manager, which Andrea suggested I speak to earlier, and Elaine stated " I know how it works. I know what they are going to tell you. We don't have anything to do with money or store credit with online orders so they will just tell you the same thing. We can't do that." Sadly she was rude and argumentative the entire interaction. Andrea then called her District Manager, Jaime, who stated I could have the store credit and take the items I ordered off the shelf, no problem. The whole ordeal took about 45 minutes for the DM to provide a 5 minute resolution. Excellent service provided by DM, Jaime, and Green Valley ASM Andrea! Sadly I cannot say the same for ASM, Elaine for this location. I will not be ordering online for a pick up at this location in the future.

HONESTLY EVERY TIME MY BF AND I GO THIS STORE THERE'S ALWAYS STUFF ALL OVER THE FLOORS BOX'S AND PRODUCT PPL DROP ANYWHERE AND ETC .. I UNDERSTAND THERE FILLING THE SHELVES BUT THIS IS ALL THE TIME....U HAVE TO REALLY WATCH WHERE U STEP.. ALSO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL EMPLOYEE'S AT THIS STORE SUCKS..THEY ALWAYS HAVE BAD ATTITUDE'S NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.. WE ORDERED STUFF ONLINE TO BE PICKED UP FROM THIS STORE AND IT WAS A PROBLEM FOR HER (MANAGER) TO GET IT FROM THE BACK..WHEN WE WERE TOLD THE MANAGER HAS TO GET IT.. THIS STORE IS CLOSE TO MY HOME FOR US TO GO TO ..BUT LATELY STARTING TO GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE OFF OF * HIDDEN VALLEY PKWY ,NORCO CA ...THE SERVICE IS WAY MORE BETTER SO VERY FRIENDLY..LOT MORE SELECTION AT THIS STORE ,MORE CRAFTS,COLD FOOD SELECTION ETC.. U ASK FOR HELP AND THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM HELPING THERE CUSTOMERS..BUSY OR NOT THEY TAKE THE TIME TO HELP.. SO RECOMMEND DOLLAR TREE IN NORCO CA .. HIDDEN VALLEY PKWY

We always love the dollar tree, you can find alot there. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the store could of been a little bit more cleaner. Other than that great customer service 💙😊 Especially cashier Krystene very nice woman and friendly.

Best Dollar Tree store within 100 miles. There are a lot of Dollar Tree stores but this one on McKinley is absolutely the best store I have ever been in. The people are great but not only that they have so much stock of things it's just crazy. It's like another whole experience you got to go there!
