These ppl are lying theafs i had my car towed down here to change a tire. They quoted me $280 for 1 tire way over priced but had no choice because they were the only place still open. When i got here the guy gave me some b.s about having to change both tires because there directional. Trying to charg me $580. I can get all 4 for $600. I ran my own bussiness as a mobile mechanic for over 10 yrs. I instantly seen threw there bull. I will nvr come back to this costco tire center. Beware they are theifs. If you dont know prices they will try to rob you.

They say they close at 8 but the last car they take is at 5 pm what kind of s***t is this there so incompetent at their job that it takes 3 hours before they close to do the job this is an total failure of customer service

Fernando was the manager I had to deal with. I brought in a wheel with a flat tire and he said they would warranty it. They didn’t have to do anything but switch the tire, since I removed it from my truck for them and installed my spare. I left my phone number and he said he would call me in an hour or so to let me know when I could get it back. He never called, so I called them. I never got to speak to a person on but I spent 45 minutes on hold that day. I drove back there and he said he hadn’t had a chance yet but swore he would call me. Long story short, he never called me even once, I drove there 5 times, gave Fernando my phone number 3 additional times, and I spent a total of 2 hours on hold on numerous calls to the store. When I got a flat again with no spare, I was forced to buy a tire from Les Schwab tires so I could get around. I picked up my tire from Costco and paid to buy another tire. Fernando and Costco were worthless for me, and I would have been better off to pay a little more and get some customer service. It cost me more in time, towing, and hassle than I saved buying the tires there. I spoke to the Costco store manager who seemed like he couldn’t care less. Beware of saving today for what it costs you in the long run……

Just went in for a tire rotation and they left my car nasty dirty. They finished the rotation within 40 minutes since they didn’t had many cars. Please consider people’s vehicles.

I had to get new tires, I called all the tire shops around and this one was the only one that had same day appointments. I'm glad I went with them, we were helped by Saul who was very helpful and courteous. I know nothing about tires but he took the time to educate us about tires and our options. The staff was all masked, they changed my tires in less than 30 minutes and they wiped my car before and after. Also it was much cheaper than any other shop around and we get to eat (2) hot dogs while they did it.

It's my first time going to Costco tire center. On the phone it was excellent service, however, will see how it goes. On my way there now. I appreciate all the positive posts , this encouraged me to go to them.

Bad experience at the tire shop with customer rep BG and Ryan. Purchased a battery yesterday without leaving the core. Today I returned the battery and purchased a different one. They credited the battery cost but didn't refund the core fee I was charged the prior day. They acted like I was wrong and didn't understand the transaction making me feel like I was stupid. This other guy Adam came over figured it out that I was being overcharged. What a waste of my time. So irritated.

Spent way too much time waiting for tires to be put on. I didn't have a reservation, but 3 hours? Also, i had a reservation for rotation, and even with that it took over 1.5 hours. I now go to America's tire. About the same price and even buying a new set of tires i was out in 45 minutes.

Walk in for new tire. They were pleasant and professional. There was a long wait time but I didn't expect otherwise as no appointment was made on my part. What's nice is they'll call you when ready, so stroll around and do your shopping in the meantime Don't expect fast service if you didn't bother to make an appointment, it's common sense
