I have been coming here on and off for a few years now, normally I'm pretty happy with the services. However, last night I decided to treat myself to a pedicure, well now both my big toes are infected and hurt extremely bad. I'm not sure what this lady did differently than what I've always had done, but I'm really disappointed. Service: Pedicures

Very pleased with how fast I was given a chair. Went in on sunday around 1pm and no wait what so ever. Also very pleased with May aka M.T, she really helped me out with my ingrown nail.

When it was time to file down the callus part of the feet (heel) she did the entire foot including the in sole (the soft part) until I bled. Today my foot is all cut up and I can't even walk. DO NOT GO HERE. Technicians are not trained, I doubt they are even licensed. Completely incompetent. Service: Pedicures

Very busy, my appt was at 3:00pm. I sat at the pedicure station at 3:08pm, very friendly, some customers not wearing mask, but alot of others were, especially the workers. I will be returning, thanks Cosmo nails and spa

First my niece just got a manicure and they said I had to pay adult price because she was over 40 inches or something, I told them there was nowhere on the prices where it states that . My niece is still considered a child, and she wanted blue and green and they just painted blue. also the lady kept telling me time to pay and I told her there was nail polish all over my toes and i mentioned my toenails were long if she could at least file a little she was looked at me. she asked me to pay and I told her about the nail polish she told me just let it dry. She sighed and just walked to the back , I could of did a way better job myself. for the price I had to pay and I just received basic nail polish not ever gel way to much when they don’t even know how to do a basic pedicure the service I received was very disappointing. Please avoid this place Services: Pedicures, Gel manicures

I took a guest in to have a pedicure for her birthday, I had never received a worse experience, the lady who did my pedicure basically pretended to file my nails, she only put lotion on one leg with no massage, she finished with the most miserable experience I’ve ever had. Then the tech sat in a chair across the room and didn’t even offer to help me put my sandals back on. Guys I went in there with the happiest heart full of joy and was completely deflated. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The management was not interested in my unhappiness. I paid my bill and left unhappy. This was my experience! I hope yours will be better. 😢
