Best shoe store in Corona, California (CA) 2024

Emily was assisting me . I walked in with a dress I ordered on line and specifically asked for store credit to be able to purchase a different dress that day as home coming is around the corner and trying to get ahead of things she takes the dress says ok and then says that the purchase will be refunded in 5 to 7 days on my card this dress was $70 dollars and the other dresses here are expensive . She did not tell me ahead of time otherwise. Then tells me I can call customer service when it opens 2 days from now .you would think your store manager would be well equipped to tell someone the process ahead of time . Done buying anything here poor customer service and too expensive any ways . ~Laney

Awful place. The store attendant Ashley accused me of stealing the other day and she said she was pretty sure it was me. Mind you I had never entered the store before, let alone the mall itself. It was my first time being there and needless to say, my last. The whole experience was embarrassing and I could not believe it was happening to me. Never in my life have I experienced such awful behaviour from people I’ve never encountered before. I am considering filling a case against her and her coworker Leslie who did not care to help the situation at all. ~Charmaine
