I loved Mac Haik until my most recent encounter with them. I have bought several vehicles from them and have referred tons of people to them. Sad to say that after today I will no longer be doing business with them. They are only concerned about sales and not their customers. I spoke with management and the salesperson and no one was willing to help.

Wife and I went in and met with Buster, whose a kind and gentle soul, he helped us with purchasing the car my wife wanted. There was no pressure or gimmicks during our transactions and from the time of our arrival until our exit everything went smoothly and quickly. A dealership is a dealership is a dealership. I have never bought a car from them but I have been taking my Chrysler to them for service. They are usually quite fast and best of all usually they have ended up being cheaper than the price they have quoted me for service each time. Can't guarantee the same thing will happen to you but that has been my experience so far ever time I have been to them.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this location. My oil cap wasn’t put back on after getting my oil changed which caused oil to spill out all under the hood. Also, I get my tires rotated here as well they’ve misplaced my lock for my lugs twice.

What a great experience, my aunt lives in the area and I have been helping her find a new car. I have to say this location was great, amazing customer service and communication was so easy, no push backs with questions or concerns before coming in. The process once she was there was smooth. Thank you all for taking care of my aunt, I will for sure refer anyone I know in your area (maybe even suggest people travel to you all)

I have a horrible experience Matt lied to making me think I was getting one thing and got something completely else been giving me the run around. I ask could that fix a panel that was mess up in the vehicle he had no. I asked for a key fob he said no. When I told him I didn’t want to do the deal anymore he blew it. He tells me to keep the vehicle 6 months and then come talk to them. Only reason I got something done bc the black finance manager had to tell him. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this dealership. Especially if you are black.

Recently bought a new gladiator here, two stars one for this truck I love, one for the sales took good care of me. The dealer didn’t “mark up” price like other place but they sure “add” a lot unnecessary service and equipment to their car, such as loJack security gps, tires locker. ATTENTION PLZ, make sure you check everything they put on window list for extra add-on has been installed to you car, because i can see most of cars didn’t installed everything on they said. Another sketchy part is when you ready to sign your paperwork plz pay attention to last few minutes when they let you sign on that small tiny electronic pad, read contract first then sign, not opposite UPDATE, you see “manager” reply my review, want me to call, funny thing is I called but front lady said this manager has gone for a while. Give up.

I want my second key, refund for notary. Car has 4 recalls. They don't have doc u sign. Horrible experience! Never buy from them. took 4 weeks after approval to get car.

This is the worst dealership I've ever done business with. The finance person was rude and barely explained anything plus he didn't give us everything we needed to title and license the car. When we reached out to the salesperson and Randle, the finance person, they wouldn't even return our calls. Also, the I found the car that I purchased on CarGurus website. It had options listed that the car did not have. We signed our paperwork digitally on a pad and did not see anything we were signing. They tacked on approximately $4000 to the price of the car and we didn't see it until after we had already signed. WORST experience ever. I would definitely recommend to stay away from them to purchase anything!!
