A dealership is a dealership is a dealership. I have never bought a car from them but I have been taking my Chrysler to them for service. They are usually quite fast and best of all usually they have ended up being cheaper than the price they have quoted me for service each time. Can't guarantee the same thing will happen to you but that has been my experience so far ever time I have been to them. ~Shequita

The one on cooper and Rainey rd is cool and you don't wait in line forever they are pretty good at getting you out fast. And the one.on suncrest is old school and I love that store very much. Always so nice and irs clean and always stocked up. I think I have only sen that particular store with clothes on racks well and the one on terry ~Sabrina

I came in at 6:15pm and the cashier said to get cash back I would have to wait on a manager at register 1. She said she did not know where the manager was and could not call them, but I could wait as long as I wanted. It is now 7:03 and I have not been tended to. Am I being lied to or has the manager disappeared from her shift? I will not be back. ~Miasha

The store is always stocked but almost every isle was blocked with stock carts. Take a cart out empty it go get another. I witnessed customers walking out because they weren't going to leave their cart with their purses out at the end of an isle and maneuver around those stock carts to find something. Management needs to take better care of the store and think about their customers a little better. ~Hawk

We lined up the service department to change the brakes on our Range Rover payed for the service (no one said you need brakes) got in the vehicle and the worn pads light was still on, so we went back in to let them know the light was still on then we find out they ONLY changed the oil ( this was done 3 weeks prior BY ANOTHER Land Rover dealer and a LAND ROVER sticker was on the window ) The other Land Rover dealer was booked till October is for the reason to use Jackson Land Rover ( now I know why they have openings) First time I’ve seen Land Rover dealer with service like this. And they told us the service light was on was the reason for oil change so I asked them you did not see the brake light? But the service light was not on. Sent them an email with the service that was performed 3 weeks ago and as I expected NO RESPONSE. Added the photo of the sticker they evidently didn’t see or change out. ~charles

The reception is the worst ever. Very rude to customers. I'm sure there's training for how to treat your customers. I bought a 2021 Discovery in May 2021, never will i do that ever again. Sad when you spend that amount of money for a vehicle and get very rude people when it's time to have it service. I worked with the public for 30 years and I were always polite to who I cross path with. ~Paristeen
