We lined up the service department to change the brakes on our Range Rover payed for the service (no one said you need brakes) got in the vehicle and the worn pads light was still on, so we went back in to let them know the light was still on then we find out they ONLY changed the oil ( this was done 3 weeks prior BY ANOTHER Land Rover dealer and a LAND ROVER sticker was on the window ) The other Land Rover dealer was booked till October is for the reason to use Jackson Land Rover ( now I know why they have openings) First time I’ve seen Land Rover dealer with service like this. And they told us the service light was on was the reason for oil change so I asked them you did not see the brake light? But the service light was not on. Sent them an email with the service that was performed 3 weeks ago and as I expected NO RESPONSE. Added the photo of the sticker they evidently didn’t see or change out. ~charles
