There were 3 doors to pull in. 1 had a car in it and 2 were empty.they told me to pull in behind the car that was there and stood there doing nothing while 1 guy worked on that car. That is ridiculous.

They were professional. They had knowledge of my vehicle. Mercedes Benz were booked uo on oil changes and I took a chance on Vavoline. They had all the filters and the European oil I needed for my oil change.

Came in for an oil change, was directed to a bay to wait. Then, just before we were about to pull in we were advised by one of the employees that a truck that had just arrived was 'too big' for another bay and they needed to move that vehicle to our spot. So we backed out, moved to the directed bay, and the truck was immediately serviced. But, no sooner were we in that bay than another employee came over and told us to move back to our original bay because they couldn't change our oil in the one we'd been sent to. Literally given the run around and when asked about it we were just told 'well I didn't tell you to do that' as their defense. We had been coming to this location for years out of loyalty because of how kind employees were to us at one point when we had to do a sudden oil change before a large road trip after a death in the family, and the place, finding a fan belt ready to break and realizing that there would be nowhere open to reliably get it changed the next day, one of the mechanics stayed late to make sure the part was replaced so I could make it to my father's funeral. That's carried us over with sticking to this business while quality has frankly dropped off in quality so drastically over the last two years. And no, I have no intention of talking to customer service or an owner about this, because frankly you'll just try and buy new loyalty with a one time discount that really doesn't deal with the fact that I would still have to interact with this location. I'm just hoping to advise other people to consider another business before choosing this one. I fear you will not be satisfied. Service: Oil change

Unfortunately, I ran over a nail at this location while getting an oil change. The area manager was extremely unhelpful and refused to compensate me for the tire damage. I do not recommend this place based on their refusal to correct an unfortunate incident. Service: Oil change

I attempted to go here around 4:45 on a Friday. Normally I take my car to a mechanic friend of mine or a cousin who is a mechanic. Instead, due to good reviews and a time crunch, I came here. The mechanic who talked to me when I pulled up lied directly to my face. He told me that my car required "European oil" as it is a vw. There is no such thing as European oil. I told him it took 1030 or 1040 and he insisted it only takes "European oil". I had previously confirmed the type of oil with the VW dealership, as well as the aforementioned cousin and friend. I don't know if they just were being lazy or thought they could pull one over on me because I'm a woman, but I definitely will not take any of my business here and will certainly let all of my friends know to avoid them as well.
