I enjoy using this location because It's very convenient for me. The workers are always very helpful if I have a question and they always have a smile on their face. I have the unlimited car wash package and I enjoy being able to wash my car and vacuum at my convenience. Yesterday Santana showed me how to use the mat cleaner and dryer.

The auto wash does a good job. The wheel/rim cleaner needs a better upgrade but thats with all auto washers. The engineers need to design a better way to wash the back of vans. Edit:I have stopped going to this location for oil changes! After trusting them with my car for some time, I recently discovered that I might have misplaced that trust! I had to go to Take5 due to this location being out of stock on my oil, and when their crew was doing the oil change, they found that the crew from Rainforest had removed some of my skid plate bolts and left them off, spacing out the remaining bolts to keep the skid plate attached but making it easier to access in the future. I will not be returning to this location for oil changes moving forward! I love this location, it's always clean and fast, and I feel safe taking the time to detail my car after a wash. My cons would have to be: 1. The oil change has a policy where the employees can't talk with the customers. I understand this is to remain professional, but I like a sense of the business getting familiar with the customer, and if it isn't causing work to slow down, why not allow the employees to be friendly with your customers? A employee who was waiting for the oil change to finish before he added more oil was just talking to me because he couldn't work on my car yet, and someone there chewed him out. This isn't a regime, it's a business! 2. My second reason is because of the very rarely seen rude car wash attendant that doesn't motion for the conveyor system properly, which has caused me to come off of it once. Proper hand signals avoid this issue. I don't see this person very often so it usually isn't a problem, and everyone else is friendly.

The everything car wash was amazing! The car never looked better! I never thought driving thru a wash would get the car so clean! I will be back!!!

Great place to keep you vehicle looking new. Staff are great, always smiling and speaking. 👍👍 I do have the unlimited wash plan for my truck.

I got a pricey oil change and then I got my car washed. While going through the bay, my car stopped, the pulleys stopped working. There was a car behind me. I instantly put my car in drive. I told an employee and a manager, Brandi, what happened. She found a million things that I should have done and staying in the bay was one of them. However it did not make sense to me. She offered to give me some type of towelettes to finish cleaning my car and wiping my tires. I then told her that if I wanted to wash my own car, I could have done that at home. I don't plan to go back there for another oil change or car wash. I have been doing business with them for sometime but never got stuck in the bay nor have I ever been handled as such. After trying to cancel my account because I no longer needed the services, no one ever returned my calls to do so. So I had my bank cancel the card connected to that account and send me a new one. Assuming that all was done and finished, I was surprised to receive a notification from my bank showing a payment had been made to Rainforest Car Wash for services I hadn't received. After speaking with a manager, I was able to receive a refund, but my concern to her was, "How could I be charged when, according to you, I would have to physically be present to give you my NEW banking information, and I hadn't been to any of your locations in over a month?"🤔🧐She had no answer to that but did say that after attempting to get a payment from my old card, my new card was charged. So, my question remained the same, "How did you get my new information?"🤔🧐, Still no answers🤨, But she did say she deleted my "old" account while on the phone with me, which all of this could've been avoided had my calls had been returned and messages answered over a month ago.😒 I still don't know how they got my new information. So disappointed.🤨

Good Afternoon, I will begin by saying I have had plenty of pleasant experiences at this particular Rain Forest. I look forward to more in the future. Unfortunately, this rating will probably not be resolved due to the shortage of workers, so I am sure that the offender in this rating will be there for the foreseeable future. I started not rate this company for one bad visit (August 2021). Unfortunately, it happened again with one constant person involved. In August, I came for an oil change. I have been there multiple times. There was a white/mexican looking guy (not sure nationality) who refused to give me my $10 off. I explained to him that I had a new windshield, but he could look it up in the system. He refused. I asked for a manager. He stated he was management, but I knew he was not the lead manager. The lead manager came to the car, I explained the situation. He immediately looked up my vehicle with my tag number with no problem. Fast forward to today. Same boy working there. He give me the bill for an oil change. I inquire about the bill. He just says, "the oil went up" and walked up. One of the tech overheard the answer. He immediately came and explained that the oil went up January 1st, approximately 30 percent or so. I am just appalled that this "manager" (the white/Mexican guy (not sure of nationality). I still a manager with poor customer service. The techs are super friendly. The previous manager (African American) was extremely helpful. Good customer service goes a long way. Service: Oil change
