Had a flat going through the car wash. The vale stem was damaged by the car wash tracts. Though I have been through dozens of times over the years eithout incident I have heard this has happened to others too.

Air freshener like circle k offers would be great. And the attendant at the wash base could flip the passenger mirror; they usually just smile while I struggle to climb across my vehicle to turn it in. Not a huge deal but just the small things...

The staff was excellent and friendly. They gave me advice on the proper car wash for my car since Tree sap got on it. I was very pleased! I highly recommend this place!

Need to put their bug wash stations back out. Removed them for covid reasons in 2020 and never saw them again.. Love bug season is starting! Also the tire shine is often splotchy or completely out.

This car wash while they did a good job refuses to take cash therefore supporting the NWO. I told the lady it’s against the law to not take cash which is legal tender. She simply laughed. Unfortunately it’s not a laughing matter. If I’m in this area again, I will have to go somewhere else out of principle.

I have used Mr. car wash before and I liked it prewash retires when you pull up well you no longer have that well I pulled out to pay and the little guy was standing there and I was about to pull out money and he said oh Sara we don’t take cash but it was kind of been a rude waking when he said it I said when did y’all stop taking cash when corona hit we don’t take any money from anyone we use cash it was just rude the way he said it there’s a nice way and a wrong and a wrong way to tell somebody something and customer service is number one in my book and the way you talk to me today I will not be back. The town and someone’s voice makes a conversation and make up of customer service and it was not there it seem like I bothered him because Zack had to motion him over to ask him what was going on and about the thing he was standing away from the machine he was not even standing add it to ask when they pulled up it was like I was inconveniencing him if it’s that way you need to find another job if you don’t like working outside

Basic wash is decent. The vacuums have great suction. The floor mat cleaner always works well too

Really needs some kind of pre wash for the cars but overall it's not too bad. Price is very nice. I have the monthly plan. It's nice to be able to drive through whenever at any mister.
