Best auto repair shop in Jackson, Mississippi (MS) 2024

The reception is the worst ever. Very rude to customers. I'm sure there's training for how to treat your customers. I bought a 2021 Discovery in May 2021, never will i do that ever again. Sad when you spend that amount of money for a vehicle and get very rude people when it's time to have it service. I worked with the public for 30 years and I were always polite to who I cross path with. ~Paristeen

They had me waiting 4 hours to tell me they didnt have all the tools to fix my car that sorry business then talking about they not going to charge me for a diagnostic test but thats what i came for these people dont want to do nothing i had the money but how u not gone charge me for some i dont know about or they did didnt give me no information to show me nothing that photo is from November25,2022 and this photo is from November 26,2022 you can see that they mess my car up in black and white paper ~Elroy
