They used to be good but ever since they changed location within the mall it's like they downgraded especially in terms of staff. The customer service is appalling. They are dishonest when it comes to pricing on their merchandise. They lack cohesiveness and accountability. They also lie about who is the manager. The least they can do is wear name tags.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They did not want to return a 3-pack cami shirt that I bought online. When my shirts came it only had one tag. So when I wanted to return the shirts they did not want to take it because the other two didn’t have a tag. IT WAS A 3-PACK ITEM. When they scanned the one tag on their side guess what came up? That it was a 3-PACK ITEM. They didn’t even want to give me a merchandise card for the item either. They need to take responsibility. Don’t go here.

I usually don't write reviews but just simply rate the location but something I'd like to address is the price issue I discovered. It was my first time shopping at AEO and I absolutely fell in love with the variety of clothing styles and even the customer service. The employees made sure to check customers felt comfortable while shopping, and even offered their two cents on all AEO sales and clothing. Before purchasing clothing I often check to see if the prices online match the prices in store, just to make sure the store is honoring their customers the right prices. (I am aware that sometimes there are only online sales, but I do remember clearly seeing the big red sign promoting their clearance sale with all clearance having some type of extra percentage off in-store). Furthermore, I went through with my purchase without checking the prices online first simply because I felt that the store must have been up to date on all prices and because of their great customer service, I truly felt that I did not need to check my purchase. Days after, I come to find out online, that the one $22 tank top (wasn’t in the clearance section) and the other $13 (was in the clearance section) tank top I purchased were clearance items all along and are both $7.99. I would not be so upset if the tank tops were only a few dollars less than what I paid, but there is a $6 - $14 difference. I made the mistake of throwing out my receipt, but I really wish I had been given the option to have my receipt emailed. Because I threw out my receipt, I think it would be silly of me to go back to the store to ask for the difference back. I hope my first experience helps other AEO shoppers and even this AEO location by making sure they’re up to date on prices. I would really hate for other people to pay for something almost twice it’s price.

Truly one of the best AE locations I know. Hannah and another associate (whom I forgot), made a complicated situation so easy. It was the week before Christmas and took care of everything with ease. Hannah was kind, patient and communicative (to the point where she told her colleague, before I came in after I called, that in case her shift was over, to take care of the situation). I have never seen such good communication and customer service in a long time. 5 stars all the way!
