My wife and I visited Victoria's Secret aka. PINK yesterday. In a nut shell.... WORST customer service :Ever in any store"I have been in. 6 staff members present. Not one would even ask if there was anything they could do to help my wife with what she was looking for. We stood next to two staff members within two feet which were folding clothes and not once did they even say hello, goodbye or drop dead. With customer service like that it is no wonder this brand is having difficulties in sales. On the other hand right around the corner from them was a lingerie shop called Bras and Things. Totally opposite experience. They did everything right. Service was excellent. The clothing was far better than "Pink" and much more interesting. We spent almost $400.00 there. Don't waste your money at Victoria Secret. Walk to Bras and Things. You will be way happier with your purchases there.

It's disappointing, how down the drain the quality of Vicki has become. I step in after 4 years and decide to get the panty deals. Try on the most recommended "doesn't stretch, stays with you and cause no wedgy" panty and walk from my apartment to the mailbox and hello wedgy queen! As if that wasn't enough, I am having dinner and noticed a thread on my pants... Well, said thread was frm said panty and it was fun following the unravelling thread round and round my waist line until I finally snapped enough of it out of frustration. Good job, Victoria, good job!

I love this place. AND SO DO MY Friends. They spend more than they should ,especially when they see discounts. Their favorite discount is the Buy one Bra, get 50% percent off. I am surprised they are not in debt yet. rip their credit tho god have Murthy. That subway check is coming in clutch

I know it's a week before Thanksgiving, but at least teach employees to be helpful and ask if help is needed. I was there looking for an specific damn lined demi bra for 20 min, and NO ONE asked anything. Most of the drawers were empty, so hard to find what I needed. Two ladies passed in front of me several times wearing ugly VS PJs as uniform and didn't bother to ask. Northridge mall location is way better in service.
