The manager Raquel and the Associate Sydney are wonderful and did an amazing job attending to all the people that were in the store (it gets very full). Sydney fixed my phone and was so kind and patient with all my questions. I strongly recommend this location and I am happy that T-Mobile is hiring bilingual employees who can give quality service in English and Spanish.

Terrible service from incompetent staff I highly recommend finding another business to go to.. Very rude staff that don't know anything about the products they sell and they adamantly try to charge you the highest price possible regardless of the what you tell them you want after telling them several times what plan and phone I was there for I had to go to a different location. I also am filing report with corporate and the better business bureau..

Came to this store to get a replacement for my phone (my old phone wasn’t charging) the two ladies working there did not care they were telling each other jokes and just told me the wifi was not working I was like okay fine I come back letter mind you that was around noon time went back at 6:00pm and told me that the wifi was still not working but they were selling a phone to someone else but how were they selling a phone with no WIFI?! Spoke to Sydney and a pregnant lady. The pregnant girl was so rude her only option was to cancel my order. Luckily costumer service took care of it but stay away from this store!

The manager here ashmely Mendez cross eyed self said I couldn’t be serviced. She had three other employees in the store but told me I couldn’t be serviced. She’s lucky I didn’t punch her eyes Straight.

Pedro is so funny and helpful. He was so accommodating when I was trying to decide on a phone purchase and a family plan. I could tell he cared more about my satisfaction than about the sale. I would definitely Recommend this location to anyone looking to change carriers or phone plans. Pleasant experience start to finish.

Just switched from Verizon and had the pleasure of dealing with the manager Robert. What a breath of fresh air compared to my usual Verizon visits. Robert took his time was kind, courteous, and professional and helped put me in a plan I was satisfied with. Big thumbs up recommendation from me don't hesitate to visit this store.

Stay away from this branch! I found the staff at this site to be rude, unprofessional and unhappy. Management here is an absolute joke. This site needs serious staff training on how to speak and engage with its customers. Previous manager was promoted to a new store and so this store itself has been demoted. I was there recently for an exchange. In stepping out to accept a business call, I was told not to exit the store as their system will register three people walking out without purchasing goods (huh?!). I felt awkward being told about this odd 3:1 ratio door issue and obligated to provide a reason as to why I had to accept my call outside of their small store, however I did not provide one as it is simply not their business. I was then told not to step out again due to the aforementioned reasons. I explained to Asia that I had to take a business call and feared I would be loud, did not want to disturb other patrons in the store and I did not want anyone in the store privy to my conversation. Asia then stated to me that she herself is trying to conduct business and their system indicating patrons walking out without sales was bad. I was surprised by this. Are customers being held hostage now? The message was delivered callously and frankly, was inappropriate for a customer service setting. The other manager used the word "Yo" in every sentence he articulated. Both employees then got into a debate on who would be cleaning the bathrooms... It was morbidly humorous as it was all happening in front of customers and two brand new hirees. Upon leaving, I asked for a print out receipt for my paid exchange service fee as I was not given one. Asia then asked me if I had received a text copy. After I answered no, Asia stated she would print one out for me. 7 minutes later I received my receipt. It took 7 minutes because Asia failed to complete this task by accepting a new task and choosing to work that customer. The new hire grabbed the receipt and brought it to Asia. While Asia was working with the other customer, she held her hand out with my receipt. No eye contact, no acknowledgement, no thank you. Customer service is non existent here and deplorable at best. These are just some of the highlights... I recommend Legacy Place or Dedham Plaza.

Tiny store , but outstanding customer service . the employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. and very attentive to everyone and there needs even when it gets a little hectic it's definitely a small tight area to work in . but that does not seem to get in there way of there daily goals and tasks that need to be met. Store Manager is always helpful and oversees every and all business matters throughout the hours of operation when present .
