These guys are the best. My phone dropped in water and the cell phone screen blacked out. I brought it in and they ordered a replacement screen and told me it would be fixed in 2-3 days. He also gave me a quote for the work. They followed up to confirm it was fixed and the screen replacement came with a lifetime warranty. The lady who works there was kind enough to stay 10 minutes after closing so I could pick up my phone. They do great work and will definitely come back if I need anything fixed. Be aware the location isn't parking friendly.

Brought in a 5th Generation iPod needing a battery and repair of the power switch. The device was returned promptly, in perfect working order. The price was reasonable. Very glad I found CPR. This old device would have been all but useless otherwise.

I will absolutely go back if I have any other hardware or software issues. + They were prompt in addressing my issue (broken back glass on an iPhone 13) + They quoted me significantly less than the Apple store + it was super easy to make an appointment. They needed to order a part and I did need to follow up with them the day after they said the part would arrive. + The actual repair time took an hour less than quoted me (2.5 hours total). + My phone looks great!

Quick, clean, and helpful service for a $139 (discounted) iPhone screen repair. Received a discount for a screen protector as well. Would recommend to a friend, certainly preferable to past Apple store experiences.
