11 Best cell phone store in Boston, Massachusetts (MA) 2024

Nice place but need more people who has experience. And the poor people that work there have to listen to the weight lifters dropping weights on there heads wonder why they are under stress anyone would be. who in there right mind would rent above a phone business. A gym I feel for the workers. I heard them drop the weights I jumped thought the things were coming though the floor. ~Joseph

The worst customer service ever. I met Mike a man of Asian decent. Clearly a racist and rude individual. I called the store in advance to find out if I can buy a phone without a contract. They said yes I can. I also asked if I dont like the phone and want to return it what is the option. They said within 14 days and a $35 dollar restocking fee. When I asked the same questions in store, Mike said no restocking fee is nothing less than $75. Then he said $50. Then he said no I will not sell you a phone. You only want to return it. I was like are you serious? I cant even ask about my options. He said no get a contract or leave. You have to be a TMobile customer. I said I am. He replied no I will not sell you a phone. I said you've changed your statements so many times. Mike then replied no I won't sell you any phone, leave. Mike is a horrible sales person and is a screaming racist. ~H

These guys are the best. My phone dropped in water and the cell phone screen blacked out. I brought it in and they ordered a replacement screen and told me it would be fixed in 2-3 days. He also gave me a quote for the work. They followed up to confirm it was fixed and the screen replacement came with a lifetime warranty. The lady who works there was kind enough to stay 10 minutes after closing so I could pick up my phone. They do great work and will definitely come back if I need anything fixed. Be aware the location isn't parking friendly. ~Fibi

The manager Raquel and the Associate Sydney are wonderful and did an amazing job attending to all the people that were in the store (it gets very full). Sydney fixed my phone and was so kind and patient with all my questions. I strongly recommend this location and I am happy that T-Mobile is hiring bilingual employees who can give quality service in English and Spanish. ~Flor

Best at satisfaction and dealing with costumers. Make sure that you get what you want and on time. If you ever need any Furniture this is the place to go they even have cellphones ~Mona

I went to get my first US phone number.The officer is so nice. But please be aware that the whole process could be time consuming as an hour. ~Name

Lury is wonderful! I stopped by on 4/11 to transfer service to Consumer Cellular. She was the consummate professional - knowledgeable, patient, friendly and kind. She even stayed until 9:20pm to make sure that my needs were met! She made sure we had an awesome experience. Thank you Lury! ~LC

I spent $14 on an iPhone charger that broke after one use. Literally whatever you do not get serviced from here. They fixed my laptop for a mouse issue and I got it back with the battery not holding a charge at all. And the mouse still didn’t work. They don’t do refunds for accessories so just do not buy them!!! Headphones and chargers here are awful they will break I don’t usually write reviews but I’m angry that my charger that I bought in an emergency yesterday does not work after one use. If you complain they will say it’s because you’re not taking care of it but you know what happened trust yourself. ~najwah

East Boston, Massachusetts Cricket store is the BEST!!! Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Franklin helped us with our accounts and new phones. He is fabulous, as well as the other staffers we have encountered over the years. We've been Cricket customers for 10 years. ~C
