I really needed a new phone because I was having problems with the one I had previously. From the second I walked in the door Franklin was right there holding the door open for me like a gentleman. From beginning to end he helped me with all my needs and answered all my questions. He is super knowledgeable and very friendly. I've been a customer of Cricket Wireless for almost 3 years and he is definitely the best employee I've ever had help me.
