I am a senior citizen and Mr. Carlos Soto need promotion due to teaching me Technology and how to eork devices and allowing me to sign up for WiFi as well and me contacting family and friends to enroll into TMOBLE along with the wifi apps as well He is great with 150/% of having patience with out working at a hospital PROMOTION is WHAT'S BEST FOR HIM.

I would give 1 star as my review; but upon my first encounter David was very knowledgeable and professional. I traded in my iPhone 11 for a 13 because I was eligible for an upgrade. At the time, I had already paid for a screen protector and a phone case. Upon leaving the store, I asked David what my monthly payment would be and he responded with “ it would stay the same at $55”. I had also gotten insurance which would increase my bill by $18, which is fine. My payment came out the other day and it was in the amount of $141.67 , not $55 which is what I was told. I proceeded to call T-Mobile and they attempted to give me the breakdown of my bill I which wasn’t accurate from what I was told at the store. That is an $86 increase in my bill. If I was originally aware of the difference I would have went about things differently. I proceeded to go back to the store where I got my phone and speak with David. He stated that my PLAN coverage was the same ( $55) but then went on to break down all these other costs that were not orginally acknowledged when I got the phone. He stated that his verbiage was incorrect when telling me the price. To save anyone else the major headache and surprise on your bill, I would greatly advise to request for a mangers help rather than a regular team memeber. It is important to state major details while making sales.

I've been with T-mobile business going on 6 years and so far a happy customer, until today. I went to this location by request of technical support (because of issues with my phone) to pick-up a free SIM card. The staff members there were rude and basically acted as if I were trying to steal something from them. I told them there should be notes on my account, and called customer service, directly, in front of them, but was still given a hard time! I ended up having to leave with no solution to my phone's issue due to the lack of customer service at this location which resulted in me losing money for my business. I will be escalating this issue to their corporate office!

A great experience! Carlos and Betty (epitome of a good manager) are top-notch professionals. Wait, the entire staff was good. I can purchase a phone plan anywhere and not get good customer service. I'm so glad that I went to this store. I received extraordinary customer service. Carlos went above and beyond my expectations. This location is great.

First, a friendly manager, Betty greeted me immediately and assured me that they would help me get my phone bill lowered. They did! She sent me to the brightest young man, Carlos, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional. Initially, I was reluctant to get new service due to the monetary trauma I had experienced with another phone company. But the staff provided me what they promised. I left feeling like I had finally won. I had a lower bill, new phones and peace of mind. The store was immaculate and I honestly had a good experience without trauma. I will be back and I will recommend this location to everyone!

Every time I go here I’m taken care of.this was my home store and I moved to Catonsville. My last issue I had for a couple months so I went to security (close to my house) explained my issue they said oh we don’t look at phones here and sent me to owings mills a week later went there he told me I needed to delete some stuff from storage so I did no fix. I happened to go in Lansdowne for something else and happened to mention my issue he did a couple things and bam no more issue. Plus everyone is always friendly there. Guess I won’t be going anywhere else.
