I cracked a glass on my fully functional Samsung Note 20+ Ultra and my husband took it for repairing to this service. When got the phone back and started to use it, I realized that the Front camera is not working. So, I am not able to have face recognition, video calls with my son and parents, to take pictures with front camera. My husband took the phone back to the service. We have waited for 2 months the decision from Samsung and got nothing, then 2 months from the service management and got nothing also. And now one months of silence from the service at all. I still have not working pretty expensive phone. The change of the glass cost for us 300$ and not working properly device as the result of actions from the service side. I will not recommend this service to anybody.

This is a review about 5 months waiting after repair of cracked glass on fully functional Samsung Note 20+ Ultra and after repair my wife got a smart phone without working Front Camera. In other words, no face recognition, no ability to have video calls with family and even no family pictures from the front camera on "camera phone". All that for more than 5 months of waiting and issue still not resolved. 2 months of promises that Samsung will changes the device to another one, than after Samsung refused to do anything about that, 2 more months promises that the company will solve that issue. And one more month of silence. I am ready to put 5 stars to staff in the repair shop, because they did there part of the job perfectly within 2 hours, but management of this company and how they behave just put me in shock. $300 paid for the repair of the glass on a smart phone which even now, Samsung sells for $1200 and as a result 5 months of partly not working phone. Plus all security feature for the work are also blocked as camera is not working as you are not able to use face recognition. So I have big question what kind of part Samsung is selling to that company, if they are not able to fix the phone with original parts. And what kind of management working in this company who forcing staff to ignore client after 5 months of promises. Think twice before coming to that place.

Very happy with the service replacing cracked screen of my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ really in less than 2 hours! Very professional performance, timely order updates and the shop interior. Even if it wasn't covered by asurion for $49 deductible, the full estimated price of $279 would have been very reasonable! I highly recommend this service! Also lovely cute graphics in the order status emails! :)

I had dropped my phone one too many times and the screen wouldn't come on at all. I made an appointment which was professional all the way through. After opening up the phone they found the screen had become disconnected. Instead of charging me for a new screen or even charging me at all, they reconnected it, closed it up, and it worked great. If I ever need another device fixed/looked at, I will go here first. Professional, on time, straightforward and honest.

They responded to me before the appointment, asked really detailed questions, and then suggested a solution to my problem without my even coming in. The short version is my phone was facing a critical hardware failure, and Patrick was amazing at both diagnosis, and providing a solution. I didn't even get to go in, and pay them for their service. The very least I can do, is give a resounding recommendation to go to these guys. They have an amazingly indepth knowledge of cell phone hardware, software, and how to solve these problems. Thanks guys!

Come here a couple times over the years. Grewt service in terms of technical work and excellent for customer service. When I thought I had a battery problem on my phone they did a full diagnostic on it. They confirmed it was in fact theqin board that had died. No fee was charged since I'd essentially need to replace the entire phone. Was really nice of them.

I came in with a broken phone. My touch screen was blanked-out and not responding. Patrick immediately knew what was wrong and said he could fix it in 30 minutes, no charge. He was knowledgeable, timely and professional.

Top notch service! I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced. I had set up the appointment online through Verizon. it was easy to find and I actually dropped my phone off and put it in the hands of the owner. He was very helpful to me and polite. parking is a little tight in the back but there are plenty of other lots around. my phone was fixed perfectly and in a timely manner. I appreciate their help very much!

Screen repair for Pixel 3a done quickly, and professionally at half the cost of other repair shops in the area. Staff was extremely polite, professional, and enforcing social distancing regulations to the best of their ability. I will definitely return for service if I break my screen; phone is like new again.

I brought in my S10 for a severely broken screen. Aiden helped me and was very professional. When it comes to most things, I am a nitpicker and they restored the phone to factory condition. They even replaced the battery! Which I thought was a nice touch. You could not tell it was ever broken. I live 45 minutes away but it is certainly worth the drive for a job well done the first time. I would definitely recommend this company and specifically this location to anyone!
