Bad customer service…I have problems with my iphone 14 pro max , the screen went dark 3 time now and it have a dark spot on the middle of my screen that comes and go. The only solution that they find was to reset my phone and hope for that to work. When I ask the representative what about the dark spot how can that be fix , representative didn’t have an answer and decided to get the manager. The manager told the same thing that a factory reset will work and I ask her how it’s that going to fix the problem and the I want to do the guarantee on the phone and they said no because o will keep having the same issue even if they give me a new phone. I decided to do the reset on the phone beca I have no other choice, so I told the representative to do what he is supposed to do to try to fix and the representative walk away from me and told me he was done and I can do the reset my self , Bad customer services i will never go back again.

last friday i was very excited because i picked up my new iphone 14 pro max at apple one extremely well received. the staff are extremely attentive the store has a large and cozy space to receive customers it has all apple products and i highly recommend everyone to go to this apple store which is located in lynnfield in Massachusetts. I can guarantee that they will be well attended and they will certainly find the apple products they are looking for. It is worth mentioning that the new iphones 14 for the time being were only made available for those who bought in the pre order. I hope I helped with this review. recommend 10/10

Had a 5:30 PM appointment for a battery change. Waited until about 615 and was told that the battery install would take an hour and a half. Return to the store at 7:45 and waited another 35 minutes to receive my phone. The last time I had a battery changed out I did have to wait to be seen, but they changed the battery immediately and I didn’t have to wait an additional 90 minutes to retrieve the phone. Next time I will go to Best Buy or any Apple authorized service dealer I’m not going back to the store. Not only was it extremely crowded but there was a giant dog as well as three or four other dogs in the store I am very allergic and it made it very uncomfortable to wait all the time sneezing and eyes watering. I didn’t mention it to a staff person but nothing was done

it was a very disappointing service I ordered just a couple of chargers for car pick up I notify them I have arrived and write the description for my car I waited for more than 20 min because I had a newborn and another kid in the car after the long wait I went to the store and waited there another 15 min to bring the order which was supposed to be ready I had to go and change my car parking spot twice and bring my kids from the car .. it was so hard for me and for my kids.. I will never go back there , also the guy who was near the door was so rude to me because I told him I waited too long and I can’t wait more.. OMG it was a nightmare. if there is a minus star I will rate them -5

Will never go back here. Entered store to buy new desktop. Told I had to wait. Fine. I browsed. Was going to spend about $2000 in less than 10 minutes only had one question. Waited 30 minutes. Went to bathroom at nearby Panera. Returned to apple… had to wait in line to see if I was still in the queue. Once I was next the guy at the door goes to get a tool to help the guy in front of me. Some old apple employee asked to help - I just wanted to know if I’m still in line to talk to someone. Guy asked my name several times and had trouble typing into his phone. Frustrated I left - NEVER TO RETURN To THIS LOCATION.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Purchased a new Mac Air and I had minor issue with Apple ID. I made an appointment with Genius Bar at Market Street (Stupidest decision ever) , JASON from the store did some quick checks and then told me they could update some software to fix the issue. I asked VERY CLEARLY, "will I loss my data as I am not prepared for this". he told me they will ONLY update the software and if reboot is needed, they will call me...one day later, I got the email to pick up my Mac Air, ANDREA from the store just DROPPED the laptop and RAN AWAY within 3 seconds. I was standing there without knowing what they have done. so I guessed everything was resolved. However when I turned on my laptop, I was having a heart-attack almost, they rebooted everything and I lost all my data. then MICHELE, the manager came to apologize, but it was just too late.....IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORKING WITH GENIUS BAR (not sure if they are still qualified to call themselves so). if you plan to visit the store for repair, WATCH-OUT!!!!! They do not know what they are doing unfortunately.

We went to the Apple store today to get a new iPhone for an elderly family member the staff at the Apple store where very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions about new phone and did a great job over all 10 out 10highly recommended.

Beware of this place. Identity theft. Friend went in to get a new phone. Took her old phone without deleting her info from it and within a few hours accounts were opened in her name. She had to close out all her bank accounts and freeze credit. Then she was locked out of her emails. The employees here were not helpful and dare I say covering up for the associate who took her phone. Then they tried to pass off a used loaner phone as brand new.

Went in with a airpod issue; one of my coworkers accidentally swapped one of mine with one of theirs and traded them in when one didn’t work. I was left with one of theirs, and didn’t know what to do with this unusable airpod. Curtis was super helpful in explaining all of my options for tech support and having them fixed up and/or replaced. But in the end, he was able to fix my problem and re-pair the foreign airpod, and sent me on my way listening to my tunes. Thanks Curt!
