On more than one occasion I've had to go back through the drive through because they messed up. I ask for beef I got chicken, the fries are never hot, sodas usually flat, and half the time they forget sauce, napkins , and condiments. This stores a mess and in serious need of decent management. Between them trying to tell me I ordered Chicken the little girl argued with me at the window saying "your receipt says chicken" they entered it in the register wrong and now want to argue that I didn't ask for beef when I know damn well I didn't. If I could give them a no star rating I would.

We drove up, saw 2 people inside, went to drive through, and the sign says they closed at 9:30 due to not having enough staff. We waited at drive through, and the person inside said that they are closed due to being short staffed.

Drink machine had very few drinks available. Most were out. Fries were bits and pieces, not even warm, was expecting better. Staff was friendly. Tables were dirty, had to clean my own.

Waited an hour in a drive thru, food wasn’t ready, and received the wrong food when I finally got my food. This establishment needs to do better before they get my business again.

I ordered the $5 bag, with the 4 chicken nuggets and jr. bacon cheese burger,sm fry and drink. When I got up to the window they had made too many small frosties for the truck in front of me so they asked if I'd like it. Bonus score

Always check them if they give you the wrong drink size. I often order large combo meals and find myself almost receiving a medium or small cup(I always correct if I catch them). They also just aren't generally the best about giving you the food you actually ordered. I know that I state my order clearly, but giving the benefit of a doubt maybe they just need a new sound system sense this is a consistent issue. To be honest, this updated review is mainly just because they're open when they should be, unlike some restaurants recently and they are cheap comparatively right now.

We spent 20 minutes in the drive thru and they didn’t give us all our food I’m missing a 2 fry’s and a 10 peace spicy nugget was missing and they were slow on getting the food out to us

32 minutes in the drive thru… during lunch. Incompetent at best. I ordered on the app. $5 biggie bag. Jr double, add bacon and extra pickles. The burger had the bacon but only one pickle. I also received spicy nuggets that tasted very old, and I ordered regular nuggets. The fries were not hot. The lemonade was good but I had to tap on the window to get a straw. UPDATE: Now my stomach hurts...

My granddaughter and I were recently there, and they had two fifteen year workers in training. I admire these young adults for the work effort. I have to say they were both extremely pleasant and it was the best service ever ! Thank you 😀

It always takes 10+ minutes to get to the order box. Then they started closing at like 10 instead of the usual 2am. I managed to catch them open on my way to work and before I can order the guy tells me it'll be a wait on everything even though I'm the only person there at that time, because they had nothing cooked. . . So I sincerely despise that Wendy's and I don't think I'll ever go back.
