Nice looking store with friendly staff. Walked in to get a last-minute gift for my niece and ended up buying a pair for myself. A taller but cute-looking woman helped me pick out a pair for the niece and made a comment about the Converse I was wearing. To be honest I have never owned a pair of Sketchers but after giving in and trying on a pair I was shocked at how comfortable they were. I got some black sporty-looking ones that I think will be great for running but my Converse are still my go-to for leg day at the gym. IYKYK. All in all, I would recommend and will definitely be back.

Went in on 7/14/22 to buy a pair of shoes for hubby. Was not greeted. Two employees talking it up across the store but completely ignored us. We looked around a bit but left.

Love sketchers.....the outlet store used to have GREAT prices on discount racks in back.....now sale prices at stores beat outlet mark down prices. I used to buy 3 or 4 pairs everytime I went in....haven't in a while

Needed a new pair of Skechers. The two pair I have are beat up, and falling apart. Unfortunately I couldn't find a pair I liked that were my size. Even checked out the sandals.

First time to visit and the store was nice,clean, and employee helpful. Bought three pairs of shoes. My wife is hard to find her size and they had an entire section divorced to size 5 and 5 and 2/2. I will go back

Great selection but absolutely horrible customer service. Three female employees all stayed behind the counter talking. I had to beg for help. Before I could even ask another question, she walked off to talk again. I was there for an hour. It was terrible the whole time. I needed shoes or I would have left like the 3 other's did.

I was wanting a new pair of Arch Fit, so we decided to take a look. While in there we notice a BOGO 50% off. We asked about the sign and if it was storewide. The clerk said it was for anything over $24.99 so we thought great, we look for a pair for myself and a pair for my husband. Both were $79 something each. We took them to the counter. When they were rang up it came to $175 something. When I asked about the BOGO this time, they said it only applies to older shoes and not the newer ones and they even removed the BOGO tags from the shoes so we could not look at them later. We felt as though we were being given the old bait and switch. I went ahead and bought my shoes but my husband returned his. Next time we will go back to New Balance

Great selection of shoes! The staff greeted my wife and I when we entered, but then never asked us if we needed help finding anything despite having only 3 other customers in the store. Several staff members were gathered at the register during our entire visit, so perhaps they were training new staff? Still, overall a positive experience.
