I’ve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The rest…. We’ll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cure… it’s ongoing 😈😈😈

Needed 3 kid passports. Still sitting in the parking lot. LOURDES was FANTASTIC! So kind, helpful, and answered all of our questions. After weeks of going to post offices and “private” companies and getting awful employees or being turned away, Lourdes took care of my family and had 3 passports ready to go in 40 minutes! Highly recommend! GIVE LOURDES A RAISE!!!

Such a warm friendly post office crew... Moncy treated me like family and made my package sending smooth fast and with no problems unlike the one in Mahwah... thank you for taking care of me and my package

Made an appointment for passport services on Thursday for that Saturday. On Saturday at 750a they called and left a voicemail saying that the passport person only works Monday through Friday. They could have called so I could make other plans. Also why does the website allow you to make an appointment if the services are not available?! USPS is useless.

I'd give it negitave star's if i could! I'm literally trying to get in touch with them now and have been on hold for 20min. This is the SECOND time I'm reporting my mail man because he can't seem to put my mail in my mail box. I get everyone's mail but my own. He "misplaced" my $600 check that I was relying on, even if i wasn't thats a lot of money. It took over a month for that check to be replaced. I have waited for the mail man to ask him nicely to check to make sure my mail is being put in my mail box. Does he? No. I have so much of other people's mail its ridiculous. When I go to the post office to give that mail to them they dont seem to know what to do about the situation. It took them 4 day's to return my last call about this situation. I'm extremely upset and dissatisfied. They should have someone check in with the mail men to make sure that they are doing there jobs. I'v had to pay so many late fee's on bills because of not getting my mail. Something needs to be done. Sincerely, an extremely upset resident.

Bills arrives after due date. Sale flyers arrive after expired. Called many times and no one answers phones. They don't even have an answering service. The phone just rings continuously. How on professional.

The post office is the post office. Sometimes the wait is long, and you need to buy your own shipping supply. They will soon move to Main Street. Hopefully the service will improve.
