Cricket wireless was very good they took very good care of my phone they hook me up I got everything working and I have a new iPhone so they help me considerably they are better than Best buy Best buy sucks but cricket is the best where I went Carlos and Gene help me considerably I give him a five-star review 100% in my book. I just wish that they would put a cricket in Westchester New York closer as I had to travel a little bit to get to the store.

Yesterday I went to ask about a sign that was outside the store, that they need personnel, I noticed only one, the face of the man, a little heavy, and Hispanic, it was clear that he was the manager, just like me, he I said that if the vacancy was available, that it was for my friend who was looking for a job, the first thing she told me, that I had to be American to work there, I kept thinking that there was not a single American in that store, only Hispanics, she did She is American, but as I saw the character of the man, I told him not to see what he answered, they should be more professional and use another mouthpiece, that is called discrimination. don't judge people by their appearance, you have to have more education if they are supposed to be in customer service.

I absolutely love the services that cricket provides, affordable unlimited everything. I have service EVERYWHERE. The gentleman Jean at the Spring Valley location is awesome. There were two other young ladies there the other day when me and my mom went there, all the staffs are always nice and helpful. And I was NOT asked to write this review, I was just checking there store hours and decided to give them a thumbs up 👍🏼. I’ve been very happy with my services, so thank you.

Rip off on everything! Sell me stuff i don't need. I come home my son find a much, much CHEAPER accessories on internet and cricket store charged four times the price for the extra assesories.This cricket store take advantage of people who may not understand what the employees say and do they do not take time to explain options. We may cancel our family plan.They try tell me go buy a disposable phone at Best Buy, then they could hook up for me. We go to NYC location and honest employee there said is not true. The manager cannot even spell twitter properly. Please be CAREFUL when you go to Spring Valley store, they do not care about customer, they have told false things and just want your money.

This is the worst place, they stole my money gave me very bad phones, and promised I can return if I'm not happy. Wasn't happy they didn't let me return. They told me my phone has 32 gig it only has 8 gig. They are liars the service is very bad. Don't recommend for anybody to even get close to this store or you'll be bombarded with fees. I wish I can go back to my old carrier I hate the day I switched. I hate cricket.

Unlimited data great; yet LG Fortune is complete junk! One fall it will break, overheats, cheapest pos I've ever had! Dispoable burners will last longer! They give u a week to return at least if broken, metro will not do that. Yet each time u getz a new line, u get sold out to spammers n costs to change ur number.

The customer service was very friendly and I was guided through the process of paying my bill, in stores. Unfortunately, I only give it 4 stars because, I was charged extra money for paying in store, there was only one person working there, and I had to wait for the person to come out from the back, and the location was small and hard to find, without following some type of navigation.
