Store representatives are fine. The company knowingly sells screen protectors that are too small for the specific phone's screen, they also have a "No return" policy for accessories. Neither of these caveats were disclosed to me when I bought my screen proctor which is why I am posting this information for future customers.

Been with Cricket about 4 years, have had zero problems with anything. My original phone lasted the same amount of time as when I signed up and on December 31, 2021 my battery in phone was shot so I had to get a new phone. Good 1st phone, used it daily for a lot of texting, calling and some internet. I was impressed! I do use Android, works best for me. Old school so I don't need a lot of things others might! When I had to buy new phone Sunday after New Year Eve, 2022, I'm unemployed and now broke, they had a Android to sell For a flat $44.44 that included tax. Same plan, no extra fees, transfered my info to new phone, was in and out in maybe 30 minutes! The gal that helped me was nice and knowledgeable! Didn't try to rip me off!! That's a nice change! Thank you Cricket❣️

The employee let me pay before putting the sim card in my phone and the sim ended up not working and i couldn’t get my money back. Not to mention i also lost my phone number that i’ve had for 8 years!! Please don’t go here, they will scam you. He knew what he was doing when he did this to my phone.

Went in today to add my new phone. Chris helped us. He was welcoming, fast, and friendly. Dealing with phones and plans tends to be stressful. This was a very pleasant surprise. Very nice staff at this store.

They are awesome have awesome coverage by AT&T and the personnel is just fantastic. I am totally glad that I switched from Sprint, T-Mobile, and boost mobile. The coverage is so much better, the plans are easy better and the hotspot is only 10 dollars extra a month. Fantastic service.
