Personal let me say I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. I have never seen such poor service in my life very unprofessional. They seemed annoyed that I wanted their help today I have to say I will definitely start looking for a different service if this is the service that they’re going to provide to the public. October 15 around 11:40 AM There was Hispanic man and a Caucasian man. Call Justin both individuals on the beginning were very unprofessional. The Hispanic man seem like he had a stick up his But. He was having a personal conversation. God forbid that he would have to stop to help us instead, he directed us to the new guy that was Justin that didn’t know anything at all. Which Justin directed us to call Verizon directly which I told them I did not feel like to be on hold forever I own a business and I don’t like to normally voice my opinion because I hate when people come to hang me but I don’t give this kind of service I give the upmost respect to the customers. I won’t go into the store. If it was the last phone store on earth, please correct your service you will lose lots of customers including me. I plan to find a different cell company service anyway based on the service I received today, which was none. Totally totally unacceptable. I had to greet them and they all looked at me as if I was the one that had a problem. there was no one in the store I can see why!!!!! I will be switching to T mobile where the man in the store gave me the best customer service.

Just wanted to shout out the very nice service from Maria, she was really friendly and helped me figure out an issue with Google's messaging app that was affecting my ability to receive messages. (My own fault / new phone from Google.) Everyone was super-friendly there, including the folks who were working with other customers. Was a very comfortable vibe in the store. And as for Verizon itself, I've got strong praise for them. I think they are the best cellular provider in the country. I cannot recall a time where I've had any serious issues with their service, and I've been a customer for ~10 years. They are consistently reliable and professional.

Bob helped us so much. We went into the store because we had made the worse mistake by switching to At&t. We had been with Verizon for 14 plus years. But att told us they could save us money. Well they lied and after 5 months we switched back to Verizon. Where att would not helped Bob with Verizon did. Everyone there was helpful. Att locked our phones after they said they didn't. Went to att and they were so unhelpful, we need them to call customer service and they refused to even offer help. Went back into Verizon and Bob and the manager and one of the other staff members helped us immediately. Needless to say Bob went above and beyond to stay and help us. We walked out with an active phone. I recommend this Verizon store and speaking to Bob or anyone there. They are there to help you as much as they can.

This is the 3rd time I have arrived between 10 and 30 min of closing for an accessory, plan overview, or question about my new phone...to only be turned away because they have closed. If you are closed 20 min before (that would be todays visit) the store hours suggest (5pm). How about actually changing the store hours before someone takes the drive to YOUR business. Everyone take note of this as well as the employees that work here with this work ethic. Does Verizon know they do this? If not, Hope they are paying attention.. Edit: Also to clarify this, it appeared that no other customers were inside. I would have at least understood it if that would have been the case. To Owner: Thanks for your response. I do work up the road which get me out of work between 4-430, in which is the late time hang ups I've had there. I'll update the review for future experience.

The worst service ever sold me a lemon and staff are very rude. I purchased a phone a month ago within a week my sim card wasn't working 3 weeks later my Camara and flash light don't work 700.00 dollar phone can't even take a photo. Went back to exchange they told me I passed my 30 days so now Im stuck with a phone that don't work. Manager was not help at all T mobile is way better quality phones and the bill is half of what I pay at Verizen anyway. I'm happy to go back with TMobile way better customer service and phone service. And I finally got a phone that works 100%. Don't go to that store it's a scam they just want there commission I would give them a rating of 0 if I could save your money go to TMobile.

Asked for a simple request to exchange for a different color phone. Store lied and said they had no phones in starlight; pink; red; or blue. No one wanted to assist customer.

Would give this 0/5 stars if I could. Poor customer service. They don’t activate phones in stores anymore. They don’t take your trade-in but tell you to mail it instead. They sell no cases, screen protectors, but will instead hassle you for not buying a charger. Activation fee of 35 dollars per phone but won’t actually activate your phone for you. The lady who was getting our phones was trash at selling any services and had to “get the manager” who wasn’t any better at offering any types of services or discounts. Save yourself the trouble and order online. Avoid this store at ALL cost.

As a new customer for Verizon and coming from the competition and had worked for it as well, I can honestly say that this location has the worst customer service possible. As I used to say, if you want a store to perform, start with the manager. At this location the retail store manager Gerald has the worst customer service approach, lack of professionalism, engagement, courtesy and commitment to customers. The worst part is that the staff is following his behaviors that will eventually lead to failure in total customer satisfaction. I know Verizon can have a more dedicated front line employees that will yield the expected results and meet each and every customer expectations.

Came to this store and checked in to make purchases. The man said there are 4 in front of us. 25min later we were told that 1 was in front of us. Waited 20min and we’re told there was 3 in front of us. Meanwhile, two sales persons were walking around doing nothing. Checked again and was told that 5 were now in front of us. When asking what was going on they said sarcastically they are busy and to wait our turn. We left. Went to Best Buy and were out the door in 20min. Typical smart a$$ treatment at Verizon…

Andre contacted us about a month ago and worked hard to pull our business account over. He had to sell me and my husband the idea of the switch. His professional persistence paid off and he earned our business - 5 phone lines. When I stopped by the store on Christmas Eve to pick up the phones he was so patient and had printed out all the instructions and information for us to successfully transfer our phone lines, at our convenience, over the holiday weekend. He also made a point to introduce me to his teammate who applied all our screen protectors while we shopped for cases. Such a pleasant experience all the way through
