I have been very pleased with the staff in this particular branch. All branches are not alike! This is the best and I will continue to come here for my Verizon needs. The staff knows the true meaning of PR. If you treat a person well and go beyond what is minimally prescribed, you will received more than you expect. Lucas worked with me personally and tirelessly for hours to show me how to transfer text messages onto my phone. He never lost his patience. The whole staff is also very accommodating. I want to thank the Store Manager Lukas for all his help. I had a issue with my phone and he spent at least 45 minutes resolving my issue. He was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue and was unassuming about his patience, knowledge, kindness throughout this visit! I have been a customer of Verizon for many years. Lucas makes me glad I have stayed with Verizon all these years!
