Richy was great, went above what he needed to while a hurricane was fast approaching. I did have to come back but he did everything he could. And got us in and out once he was available . Very good. Next time close during a hurricane.

Josh is absolutely brilliant ! This is my third visit with him. My husband and I have seen him twice. I brought a friend today who had been to other Verizon stores with no success. Josh is patient, kind and very smart. This man is a true asset for Verizon.

Richy was the best sales and customer service person in Verizon. He took the time to explain, show all the best options, show the plans, help with the phones, transfer the data. In general super happy with the service. Never impatient and super profesional when taking on multiple tasks and multiple problems at once. Definatley recommend service with him.

D’Ashton honestly made my day, my phone has been acting up for about three months now and i’ve finally gotten around to fixing it. When I walked in my anxiety was going crazy and as soon as i sat down it all went away, He was knowledgeable and friendly, he went out of his way to help me save money and even gave me some deals! His attitude towards customers was welcoming and warm. Would definitely recommend going to see him when you need help with your phones. Ben was great as well! He was willing to answer any questions when i had some that D’Ashton was not quite 100% on and he provided great smiles!!
