Everyone that works there is super helpful and very nice. They go above and beyond what we have come to expect with customer service these days. The prices are reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

Great variety of shoes for adults. The mid ages children don't have as many shoe options available as men women and infants. Other than that it's perfect and great customer service.

Amazing customer service! I bought my son a pair of sandals on 9/2. After about 2 weeks, I threw the box and receipt away and not 3 days later, one of his sandals came completely apart on one side. I really didn't think there was any chance I could exchange them without the box or receipt but I went to try anyway. The manager, Deborah, was awesome. I did have a picture of the receipt from an app I use so she took one look at that and quickly got us a replacement pair. I've had much more attitude and difficulty returning items with the tags still on them and the receipt in hand at different places. I will go out of my way to buy all of my family's shoes here because of their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this store. Plus, they have a wonderful selection.

This store has a large selection of women's, men's, and kid's shoes. This includes sneakers, dress shoes, boots, sandals, etc for the entire family. The prices are affordable as well. I purchased 2 pairs of women's ankle boots for $32.00 on sale. The staff was friendly too. I will shop here again.

I'm coming here to write a review on this store because this is actually one of my favorite shoe stores but I had a disappointing experience on Friday evening. It was around 7:30 or so and I was in looking for a pair of white slip resistant Fila's (which I know exist) and I waited around a long time for help. There was an older lady ringing people up and I think there were a couple of young people working and then there was a shorter lady that I think was probably in her late 20s or early to mid 30s working. The middle aged woman seemed to look at me several times but helped several other people before even speaking to me, the person in line in front of me was being rung up by the middle aged woman and the middle aged woman kind of conplained the whole time about how tired she was from working out and then doing stock at work and it finally became my turn and she really rushed be through what I needed, she told me there weren't any slip resistant shoes in the store that weren't black (I can understand there aren't any that aren't black) but she didn't even offer to look anything up for me and even proceeded to tell me in a cocky tone that she doesn't know of anyone who carries any white slip resistant shoes period. The lady really made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was bothering her and she made me feel extremely rushed. I came all the way from Ozark Arkansas and I usually have a great experience but this time I was very disappointed.

This is about the only store in the mall that carrying my size 11. Super cute shoes very friendly staff, very helpful. When I'm shopping I always shop here or look here at the shoes first.

Staff was friendly, BIG selection of shoes and even had my size which is very hard to come by 15-16 men's. The price was just as awesome. Usually finding shoes in my size cost way over 100+ but walked out with a good pair of shoes for 45 dollars. Cant beat that. Definitely going back for my next purchase.
