My wife and I came to this location on Saturday. It was our 1st time at any Jimmy John's. The experience was very pleasant. The customer service was awesome. They were eager to explain the "Un-wich" to us. We ordered 2 and enjoyed them very much. That experience alone would of earned 5 stars. BUT today(Monday), we stopped by on our way out of town and we were greeted by a different crew, which we would of had a good experience again if not for one employee. My wife was asking for some additional items and the person who was 1st in the assembly sandwich line, rolled her eyes at my wife. If there was something wrong with the request, simply educate us on the procedures but don't give attitude. For this reason alone is why I chose my rating. ~Charles
