Absolutely phenomenal staff. Felt like we were friends by the time me and my boyfriend left the store. Hit up the 50% off Clearance sale and scored some hella cute things, only dropped 50$. Brought our dogs in with us and got to witness a little girl shopping with her Mum get way excited to pet the puppy. Very well organized store, probably one of the best UO's I've been to. Still can't shut up about the 5$ mini skirt I scored.

I was greeted immediately and enthusiastically but after that the employees were just sort of doing thier own thing. I liked the overall atmosphere and the fact that it has two stories was pretty cool. The clothes themselves were too trendy and way overpriced. Some interesting vintage-inspired home decor but I'd rather go to a second-hand store and find real vintage of my own.

i got a sweatshirt i wanted that was perfect and their was a purple beanie that said it was on sale for $2 so i got it and when it rung up it said it was $15. I was confused so i asked a worker and he said that somone might have just put the sticker on it. It was very upsetting not to mention that one worker in particular follows me around thinking im sholifting.

The location is SUPER neat! However, that’s the best thing about the store; the selection is very lacking and the staff were also pretty rude. Anything you can find here is overpriced and there’s nothing special about it— even compared to other Urban Outfitters stores.

It was the most awkward retail experience I have ever had. I passed by at least six employees and not a single person said a word to me. Half of them didn’t even make any form of contact just briskly walked past me into some back room. It was very quite and the only help I was able to get was from a woman who didn't even work there. They also had a very small variety of clothes but only in certain sizes, I looked through their entire men’s section and only found a few things in my size most of them were large and extra large sizes.

I've shopped here several times, and everyone has always been helpful. Clothes are good quality. It's decorated and set up like most Urban Outfitters. Super convenient location. The reason for the five stars is because of the service provided when I last shopped there and the service provided when I had to return something today, 4/3/18. There was a miscommunication during the transaction when I purchased it, and the manager on duty said I had to call their customer service. I called while in the store and customer service said that it was the store's discretion as to whether or not they would honor the return. The manager was respectful and nice the entire time, and she thankfully honored the return. I will definitely be back and recommend shopping here for both for the apparel and the excellent customer service.
