Came into the center around 2 or 3 didn't leave til after 6pm. Additional paperwork needed that was not given to me at check in. Soooòoòoooooooo o waited even longer for the nurse to bring in and collect the forms. They had none of the equipment ready for my Fit test for my N95 that was needed for my nursing contract. No my apologies for the wait. I ended up taking a nap in the lobby. I have asked my employer to never make any appointments there.

The medical Doctor was slow and unprofessional! I was left in the waiting room for an hour after my physical. The doctor claimed someone else was going to come in and speak with me but he was wrong. After I waited an additional hour, I was told by the receptionist that my medical card was denied. The doctor didn't even have enough respect to tell me himself. Thankfully, I have another job that doesn't require me to drive a bus. Needless to say, it will take 2 months to get a sleep study appointment. If I didn't have my second job, how would I feed my daughter if I couldn't drive? I hate Concentra!

Had a 930am appointment for a pre employment physical. Made the appointment a week in advance, showed up 30 minutes early. Lady at front desk curt and disgruntled. Waited until 10am to ask when I would be seen said I had an appointment and they were like “you do?” Even my paperwork said 930am appointment. Finally got into an exam room at 1030am, the woman hands me a pair of a paper shorts and tells me to put them on and doesn’t explain why. I sit in my paper shorts for another 45 minutes. I put my clothes back on and go to desk asking when I would be seen again reminding them I have a 930am appointment they tell me it will be another 1-2 hours!! I tell them I need to reschedule as I had another appointment at 1pm. Woman at desk making appointment tells me ok so you want to reschedule your DOT physical I explain my appointment is non DOT even says so on my paperwork, I explained I had a 930am appointment and I was waiting 2 hours with another 2 to go and she says “you had an appointment?” What the what!!!! So ticked off, no one seemed to know what the hell was going on there.

Front staff is so rude and at takes 2 hrs to be taken back and they leave you there waiting another hour. There’s better facilities don’t come here unless it’s work related, since they have a contract for drug testing. The worst I have ever seen in healthcare.

Booking an appointment was easy over the phone. They are very very busy so getting an appointment fast is not an option. I had an appointment for 2pm and was seen at 220pm. I wish they sent paperwork electronically to speed up the process rather than having to do it in person. I’m glad they still require masks!!!

This place was chosen by my prospective employer. 4.5 hours for a simple and routine pre employment physical and drug test. Arrived 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, waited 45 minutes past the appointment time, finally called back, waited a minimum of 30 minutes at each test station and an hour for actual physical. Staff was courteous and apologetic, brought me a bottle of water and offered a snack......but that doesn't negate my lost time.

Oftentimes people think company appointed medical centers are not fully engaged in the patient's health or recovery. However, I can honestly say my physician listens and gives me the best medical advice and explains the pros and cons. This benefits me the patient so we both decide what is comfortable for me. My experience is one of the best I've had at a medical facility.

The staff is very kind and is trying to provide the best care possible. A lot reviews complain about wait time, which is honestly pretty unreasonable. Places like this are going to have long waits because it takes walk-ins. Plus different staff members do different things so some procedures are going to have a longer waits meaning people who arrive later might go in first. People should go in expecting a wait especially on days that are busier. You can always call ahead to see. The staff deserves more respect than they are given because a lot of things people complain about are out of their control.

At this location the staff was professional. They remain busy with handling background necessities of course. No one was lingering around and having conversation. My weight was not long at all. My visit was early in the morning just around opening time. My only complaint would be that there was not very much instruction given to me. I was not made aware of what to expect. I did not know that I would have to urinate with the door open I would have liked to have been told that. Not all drugged screenings are screened under the same protocols. I understand protocol and I do not have a problem with it but it would have been nice to know. It would have been nice to know what to expect is all. Some people do have a shy bladder. I would have also like to have had a cleaner bathroom. But other than that for what I was there for I would have to say my experience was good.

THE SERVICE IS TRASH!! Dumpster fire!!! Super slow and they consistently forget what they are doing. Do process or procedures and no one knows what they are doing! It’s pointless to make an appointment, you will still wait for 1hour.. it’s really pathetic! Ensure you have 3 hours blocked off if you are coming for a simple drug test!
