Best book store in Lexington, Kentucky (KY) 2024

I love the way they’re trying to locally curate these. I bought a blind date with a book and was extremely pleased with it. I’m taking off a star because they almost never have what I’m looking for, but they make up for that by always creating fun and unique ways to discover something new instead. This barnes and Noble is my go to and I will definitely be back. I can always order anything they don’t carry, but I can’t always discover something I wouldn’t normally read if I didn’t drop by. I would definitely recommend. ~Anna

Good luck finding things in here. There’s always cool stuff but this one in particular is very disorganized. Stuff is shoved in shelves…. Also checking out is a an experience in the study of the end of the road. Nobody there gave half a s… about the job. Like 10 people in line, one employee talking about her baby daddy, her words not mine, and the other just standing by listening while one guy was left to check out the line of people. Good stuff cheap, if willing to wait 30 mins to check out. ~Michael
