I went in to sign up for service and but a new phone. He didn't have what I wanted in stock so I asked if another store would have my phone and he said no because the only carry phones in black, everything else had to be ordered. I left and went to the Verizon store in Athens and wouldn't you know they had the phone I wanted in the color I wanted. I won't do business with anyone who isn't honest.

Franklin is always such a joy to work with!! I've been using this Verizon store for years and I'm always glad to see Franklin as I know he's always friendly, works quickly and thoroughly, and is incredibly knowledgeable!! I truly wish there were many more people at Verizon stores just like Franklin!!

My phones screen went black with no way to use it. Went to this store to see if I could get help with this issue. Response I received from the man at the counter was to give me a phone number to call for an insurance claim. I had no phone to use to call the number and explained that to him. To which he responded all I can do for you is to tell you to find one. ??? Terrible customer service!! I left extremely upset and went to the Athens Verizon store where the gentleman behind the counter proceeded to help me to file my claim without question. That is how you keep customers. I personally will never step foot in the Sweetwater store again. The man there offered no help. Nothing but a rude and uncaring remark about finding a phone to use. I have no family here. I don't have access to a phone. Mine is not working. Giving one star because that is the only way to post, I would give none if I could!!

I was having trouble with a new phone and happened to be in Sweetwater. I saw the Verizon sign and stopped. Even though I didn't buy my phone there, they took care of my problem just like I was their best customer.

Love this place! Came from Lenoir City because our Verizon here NEVER has what we want in stock. I got the phone I wanted and the lady was very nice and knowledgeable. We were so impressed my wife went back the following week to upgrade her phone. The young guy who helped her was also very knowledgeable. I had a successful business man tell me years ago that one of the reasons so many places fail is because of "lack of product knowledge". Not here, this place is small but top knotch.

I came into the store with questions about my bill and Carla answered every single one of them. She was polite and professional. She was also very patient. She made me feel like she had known me a long time but truth be told we had never met. I usually do business at another local retailer but I will be bringing my business to Sweetwater from now on.
