Franklin is always such a joy to work with!! I've been using this Verizon store for years and I'm always glad to see Franklin as I know he's always friendly, works quickly and thoroughly, and is incredibly knowledgeable!! We ordered 3 pizzas with light sauce. We didn’t not get that. It was heavy sauce and we didn’t notice until we got home. They told me it take 30 mins and I was ok with that. But if I am gonna wait. It should be correct and this is not correct. You guys need to get your stuff together and make this right. ~Joe

They UPCHARGE bad.... DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. I was a regular till I cought them removing cokes big red/white price tag an charging the same as Pepsi, which everyone knows Coke is a couple dollars cheaper. The lady called me a liar since I called them out an I left an will never return. Now I'll be using the store next door that's down the small hill by the liquor store. ~Mine

This is about Walmart ONLINE orders/pickup from Sweetwater. This has nothing to do with the Sweetwater location, but rather Walmart Corp. and its computer programs. Online order split my order between pickup and shipping, but did not tell me! First order under $ 30 did not charge me a service charge for being under $35 dollars. The other two items that have to be shipped went back into my basket, that I did not see till later in the day. So they were never ordered!!! And they then charged me 5.99 for being under 35.00. When I called Walmart Online customer service she had to check twice with her manager to straighten this out. She also said "Sometimes Walmart charges the service charge and sometimes it does not. WHAT???!!! I said, that's not my problem it's Walmart Corp. How am I supposed to know when it does and doesn't ? No answer to that....however she said No worries she would take care of it and she was sorry for the inconvience, reading her script. I said I don't care if your sorry because this would never happen if Walmart could make up its mind on splitting orders without my knowledge or charging extra fees. IM OVER corporations saying they are sorry but never changing their policy. I cancelled my orders (both pick up and delivery) and am going across the street to Ingles tomorrow. ~Renee

I appreciate the service and help however he told me I was getting 3,600 up front from emraled when approved I only got $750...... On a 12,000 return. So that was disappointing considering my car blew up and I needed transportation for work and my 4 kids. Couldn't understand why he would tell me I'm getting 3,600 and only get the minimum. ~Neena

Russell!! He was awesome!! I needed a battery for my car and they didn’t have one. So my car was dead outside and he tried to give me a boost (too dead 😭) I went somewhere else and got a battery came back and he put it on for me (because I literally don’t know how to do anything).
