This is about Walmart ONLINE orders/pickup from Sweetwater. This has nothing to do with the Sweetwater location, but rather Walmart Corp. and its computer programs. Online order split my order between pickup and shipping, but did not tell me! First order under $ 30 did not charge me a service charge for being under $35 dollars. The other two items that have to be shipped went back into my basket, that I did not see till later in the day. So they were never ordered!!! And they then charged me 5.99 for being under 35.00. When I called Walmart Online customer service she had to check twice with her manager to straighten this out. She also said "Sometimes Walmart charges the service charge and sometimes it does not. WHAT???!!! I said, that's not my problem it's Walmart Corp. How am I supposed to know when it does and doesn't ? No answer to that....however she said No worries she would take care of it and she was sorry for the inconvience, reading her script. I said I don't care if your sorry because this would never happen if Walmart could make up its mind on splitting orders without my knowledge or charging extra fees. IM OVER corporations saying they are sorry but never changing their policy. I cancelled my orders (both pick up and delivery) and am going across the street to Ingles tomorrow.

This Walmart is “calmer” than the one in Athens. Goobers don’t water the plants in the garden center and many are dying, but it rained Saturday. Whoever buys for the individual departments doesn’t know that Walmart brand of instant grits is better than the Quaker brand and WHO HAS EVER BEEN TO A WALMART THAT DIDN’T HAVE BBQ SAUCE.....Kraft makes it. Items on shelf with December 2020 expiration date. No frozen yogurt, no Ben and Jerry’s Fro-Yo. Aisles backed up, self scan section on one end closed. Really....management sucks here.....Goobers....

Getting stared down when I walk out the door pisses me off. I pay for what I get at the Walmart...I understand ppl do steal and I understand being strict because of those certain ppl but in no way does acting rude and like you're better then the customers make them stop stealing just saying...

Worst walmart I've ever been to and I travel alot so I've been to MANY! Rude management, ONE register is all they ever have open and the self check out is always backed up with a teenager in charge of that. Worst customer service ever!!!

Absolutely the best pharmacy around my area! The only problems I ever had here were because of the doctors office. Two ladies from the pharmacy worked extremely hard to help me and one called the doctor themselves so I didn't have to. Also, don't think all Wal-Mart pharmacies or Wal-Marts for that matter are the same. The one in Athens is terrible!

What can I say, except the ppl who work here, are some of the most professional And personable ppl, I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! I've been in and out of surgeries for the past 3 1/2 years, and these ppl took very good care of me, with my meds, and making sure I got the Best prices! When you have a lot of RX's to fill, and some can be expensive, it's good to have a knowledgeable person behind the counter! Eddie is the senior pharmacist, and can answer any questions you may have about your prescriptions! He's very sweet too! Then there's the ladies, from Martin, Tiffany, Christy, Angel or Monica...they know their job, and can help with most any problem or concern about your meds! They have went out of their way, to make sure I got the Best deal possible! They don't have to, they just cared that much! We have the choice to use a different pharmacy, not too far from us, and their prices are half that, of Wal-Mart...but bc of the outstanding service we get...we'll pay the extra! Sometimes it costs a little more, to get quality service, with so many smiles! I'm a customer for life...you should be too! If you're new in town, or been here a while, this is the place to get your RX's!!!

What's to say, it's the Walmart & they have the money to offer it all. The Pharmacy staff is some of the nicest & informed professionals that take good care of you. I get my parent's meds here every month & I can tell you that they also have a smartphone app that will let you totally manage refills, no entering prescription #'s like you have to on reg ph call to store, you can even pay on the app & then just walk in & pic up. Now all of the front counter ladies are nice & helpful but if you need to laugh & feel better when you leave, Monica is the help you need, she's the greatest!
