The Buffet was on point. It had plenty of fresh hot pizza, pasta, and dessert to choose from, and a salad made to order. I really enjoyed my meal. All for under $11.00 and that included my drink.

I ordered a salad, a pizza, and some pasta dishes via their app, for drive-thru pickup. My order was ready on time, and everything was correct, and hot & delicious! The pan pizza edges out their competitors, in my opinion!

Your comment about leaving the delivery guy a good tip for once is enough for me not to order your pizza again.. Tips depend on delivery and customer service.. not that it would kill someone.. .May want to recheck you comments under $20.00 box.

Hawaiian chicken pizza at Bay City Pizza Hut is the best. Service wasn't as good this time, maybe short handed. But Pizza was good.

I was my own waitress they didn’t give me silverware didn’t give me a refill took half an hour to sit me down they also couldn’t find out who my waitress was after I was ready to pay the girl who was it was like i don’t know so unprofessional I will be calling cooperate

Came here to get a personal size pizza and sat in front of the kitchen. Seemed to be very clean, I saw the workers cleaning the bar often, picking up plates and talking care of the customers. The food on the buffet was fresh and hot. I could see the steam coming from the food. Mainly the pasta but over all a good place to come and eat.

Good servie. Make my pizza just how I want it. This picture I've attached is a spinach and mushroom with feta cheese and white sauce. Very delicious! My whole family tore this one up! Service is friendly at attentive.

Everyone was very down and not attentive. I walked in to pick up my to go order and no one even acknowledged me until I said “HELLO I HAVE A PICK UP ORDER” and then the guy nonchalantly got off his phone, walked to the register, asked my name, told me the total, ran my card, and then brought my food. No customer service skills. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with buttery garlic crust. The pizza was fine, felt a little soggy, but that may have been due to the time it took to get to Pizza Hut.
