I appreciate the service and help however he told me I was getting 3,600 up front from emraled when approved I only got $750...... On a 12,000 return. So that was disappointing considering my car blew up and I needed transportation for work and my 4 kids. Couldn't understand why he would tell me I'm getting 3,600 and only get the minimum.

It was quick and easy to get done she explained everything and when I had questions she answered them to my understanding. And i had a previce problem she helped me in right direction to fix issue and said If we didnt get the issue fixed then come back and she would see if they was any other options that HR block could do to fix for me. She was very helpful and I usually have trouble understanding the taxes but I left office understanding everything that was done and felt confident and well informed with my situation was very please with my agent on this day

I have used H&R Block for about 20 years and I have no complaints about them for all the time I used them I was getting back between 6 and 7 thousand dollars for a very long time until back in 2008 I was layed off and I had almost 25 years of my life working for the company and I tried to get them to adjust my pay and they told me that they were reconstructing the company and I wasn't the only one who were layed off I am talking very hard working employees and they tried to do the same as I did and they didn't want to listen to anyone who worked for them and these people had families who they were raising and paying for homes and the children's health care and their needs for every day living and no I didn't want to post any pictures I just wanted to tell you my story.
