The Mayfair Mall location never opens on time (30-45 minutes late). The employees inside see you waiting and act as if they don’t see you.

My daughter wanted sherbet orange crocs and they didn't have her size. The man that works there told me I can go downstairs to Footlocker and pay same price. I didn't know you can do a price match. The crocs were $60 but on sale for $20. Awesome

Worst customer service ever!!!! I've been calling for a week and nobody answers the phone. Even the 1800 number can't get them to answer. It's ridiculous! All this to get a refund on an item that I NEVER picked up. This company as a whole is trash.

Tried the door at 7:50 pm 11/15/21. Locked. They wouldn’t let me in. Supposed to be open until 8pm! Ridiculous!

Had to order the shoes I wanted but they arrived 3days later

Waited in line for shoes for an hour after driving a half hour to the store and looking for parking for 20 minutes. Finally got to the front of the line, purchased what I thought were my shoes. Drove all the way home just to find out they gave me the wrong person and wrong size shoe. Phone lines were off/ not working so I had to do the entire process of driving back and finding parking for a second time before my reservation expired because I had no way of communicating with them. After all that I was told by the district manager I’d be sent a gift card for wasting two hours of my work day. This was a week ago and nobody has tried to contact me about a gift card.
