This is the worse Pharmacy in Cape Coral.They mess up prescriptions all the time.You call and they put you on hold only to hang up on you before they even answer.We've went there to pick up scripts after notification that it is ready only to be told it's not ready when we arrive.Never ever had this problem anywhere else!!!

I have been to several drive thru to get prescription but this location is the worst. Literally waited for at least 15 minutes or more with only one vehicle ahead of me. if you get your prescription inside, you still have to wait and in the line for 15 to 20 Minutes before you got your help. It sure is a ridiculous experience and while I was waiting in the long line other customers are talking the same bad service they have with pharmacy technicians the worse they experience in terms of their Customer Service. I sure not be refilling any of my future prescription. Their pharmacy team Sucks.

Without a doubt, consistently the worst Walgreens anywhere. Prescription line is sometimes a 30 minute wait. Not much better inside. Often out of medications. Staff not helpful at all. So, buh-bye Walgreens. Taking all our rx’s to Publix. PS-contacted corporate office in Illinois. All they said was they were working g on it!

If I could I would not give any stars but that option is not available. Tried to pick up a prescription but they couldn't find it. Tried to call and was never able to get through. Customer service is obviously a top priority at this store. NOT! Unfortunately my insurance has made a deal with the devil and I'm stuck with what can best be described as poor service.

This Walgreens sucks! They never seem to get it straight drive through is super slow they take one vehicle then they make the next one wait 20 minutes inside is no different people wait online complaining and no one seems to care oh and don’t forget the attitude

Great service by sales associates. I was actually greeted and asked if I needed help by the sales associate in the beauty department, that hasn’t happened in what feels like years haha! The cashier in the front was super friendly and kind. I usually go to the Walgreens up the street that had terrible customer service, I will be coming to this location from now on!

Horrible pharmacy, tried to buy childrens medicine from behind the counter. I was told they can’t sale it because the system is down try back in 3 days. Really this is a freaking pharmacy that your doctor recommended the medicine and they think you can have your kid wait 3 days for medicine that they clearly have but refused to sale to you and the only explanation is the state system is down bro. How professional

Wife and I came in to pick up a photo project. It wasn't ready due to equipment failure. Your teem did an amazing job fixing the problem and getting it for us. Went way above and beyond to help. Will repeat pooping here in the future.

Without a doubt the worst and slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Writing this review waiting for my ER inhaler to be filled and was hung up on. Always 5-7 people behind the counter but always a 10-20 minute wait regardless. And half the generic bs they give inhaler wise craps out half way in. F this place
