WARNING ASIAN DISCRIMINATION. I went to the drive through to pick up medication and the pharmacist took one look at me and just turned her back to me DESPITE NO CUSTOMERS. She IGNORED ME for the next 10 min without a word despite me hitting the button for assistance. Eventually I had to park my car and walked into the store to pick up my meds because she kept ignoring me. Only AFTER I went inside to wait did she start taking care of drive through (most of whom were white) and made me wait for half an hour in total. This pharmacy needs a serious staff redo and hire better people.

The cashier was mean, we’ve had her a few times and she’s always very rude and abrupt. Had an issue with coupons and the manager was no help either. Went to the Walgreens down the road on Pine Island & Santa Barbara and received amazing service! That will be my go to store from now on.

The worst of the worst for customer service I called three times this morning got put on hold for over 15 minutes each time to be told and interrupted by somebody in the pharmacy saying give me a minute and we’ll be with you three different times I’ve been told that three people are ahead of me then I’m next then I’m put on hold then I’m told that will be right with you then the phone dials and then then hang up I am trying to renew a prescription and you people are the worst God forbid if there was another place I could go for the prescription this is the lousiest customer service I’ve ever seen in my life disgusting that you people hang up on us after we’re waiting 1520 minutes and I have to redial and then you tell me I have to get back in line you should not be allowed to be open with this kind of customer service do you wanna know why you’re losing sales this is an example

After almost 10 years of filling all my medications with this pharmacy WITHOUT ANY issue, I meet the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. He lacks empathy, compassion and consideration for his “patients”…It’s inconceivable that he’s a pharmacist. I won’t get into the specifics, but he certainly should choose another field whereby he doesn’t have to serve the needs of Humans… He went out of his way to cause trouble for me AND embarrassed me when it wasn’t necessary at all… Walgreens, I do hope that you review this matter as he made me feel like a low-life and I am certain this was not his first go around…It was way to easy for him…There are others, I am sure… Patients, avoid this Pharmicist until he’s replaced… Sad… 10yrs of loyalty to Walgreens done over one really rude individual…You See how one can ruin it for all and stain the name of a good pharmacy… I pray Walgreens remedies this whereby I can return to the pharmacy I have known for almost a decade….And I’ll pray for some light in this dark man that knows no empathy or consideration for others!

One of the worst Walgreens store in the Cape. It is always understaffed and the customer service is non existent. When you finally find a team member, they are often rude and unprofessional. I avoid this store like the plague and you should too. You would thank me!

Retail manager was rude and unprofessional. Even after agreeing that their pricing was misleading and wrongfully placed, refused to affix the price and sell the product for the advertising price. Isn’t this your store policy? Get your pricing and product placing right!!! And better customer service skills would be greatly appreciated!

The store is just a store but when the sign says OPEN AT 7AM we all expect them to open at 7. My husband went yesterday and waited and waited and finally at 7:07am, the doors opened, my husband responded to the late “you’re suppose to open the doors at 7” in response, “I wasn’t that late”. Come on Walgreens, do better, hire someone who wants to work.

Very Frustrated with this store. First I called and was put on hold 6 times .I then stupidly got in the drive thru line to pick up my prescription. I have been in line almost an hour. I know it's hard to hire help but this is pure inefficiency.. They need to put up a sign that there is a ridiculous delay in the drive thru. Have not even moved car up in the last 15 min. Stuck here because they have blocked the ability to pull out on the right. Well congratulate me I have made it to one hour. Time to change pharmacies
