My experience over last 4 years: Billion dollar corp cannot hire enough people to answer phones? Listening to 10 minutes of computer to wait to speak to someone that gives the wrong advice. Automated text messages that say script is ready only to drive to, wait in line and be told they have no record of it. It goes on and on. And in season it's worse. Poor management. Evidently they don't have enough competition. I will not go back.

Just trying to find out if they had my medication in stock (because it was on backorder through my normal pharmacy) they put me on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up waiting. When I called back, waited another 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone and was then told by Florida law they cannot tell me if they have it in stock or even if they use the same suppliers as other pharmacies in the area even though Walgreens, Walmart, and Publix were all able to tell me whether they had it in stock.

The little boy in the drive through pharmacy is so rude. He is very patronizing and you can tell he is just bothered by the customers coming through to simply pick up their prescriptions. There are so many other pharmacy choices around I would definitely go somewhere else if you can.

Customer service is really great here …. They always try to help …. Pharmacy can be a little slow but they have the drive-thru…..& the phone ringing non stop …..I love cvs tho …..

Unfortunately I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. The biggest one being they sent me an incorrect pill name and dose, I called them and they said that’s what my doctor ordered. I went in person to show them they had the wrong medication entirely with a very large dose that would have truly killed me had I taken it. I brought it to the general managers attention as the pharmacist was adamant she was right until I was in tears showing her the prescription was wrong and didn’t match. They finally did apologize, but this isn’t some simple mistake, the pill and dose would of killed me had I taken it. All they did was tell me the incident was “reported”. I would never go here for yourself or your family. I hope they can fix this issue and prevent it from happening for future patients.

Got an automatic text message at 7:49pm this evening that my prescription was ready. I drive to CVS and I get to the pharmacy at 8:03pm only to find that the doors shut at 8pm. Why would you give me 10 minutes to pick up my much needed prescription? Worst service ever.. I know we’re in Cape Coral and there is lots of retirees in the area but come on. What about the rest of us that work and don’t have time to go to the doctor until later in the day???? Very disappointed ☹️

This is one of the worst CVS’s that I’ve been to. We went through the drive thru to drop off a script The girl at the window took forever to come to the window and she seemed totally lost. Not really friendly and I couldn’t even hear what she was saying. When.i came back through the drive through to pick up the script, neither the tech or the pharmacist acknowledged us. We sat there for a while. A man came to the window and confirmed it was ready and began to look for it. It was lost. Finally the other 2 started helping him look for it. It took about 15 minutes until he told us that they couldn’t find it. Finally they found it The man was nice but the female tech and the pharmacist. NEVER showed a sense of concern. Terrible customer service at this CVS pharmacy!
