Very nice Jim I love how it's open 24/7 and everyone seems to be really nice and hospitality wise is excellent. Leaving the big guys are friendly and helpful.

Sign up to this gym thought it seemed OK then realized it has a very weird distinct smell and when I tried to cancel the charge me for another month and their maintenance fee for the year. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Cable snapped while using assisted cable pulls at 250lbs… needless to say I ended up flying off the seat and landed on my neck

The gym is run down, needs major revamping. Pretty expensive monthly rate compared to other gyms nearby, especially if you want to take classes. On top of it all, the customer service is not good. I decided to move gyms and cancel my membership, I called and was told my membership was canceled. Low and behold many months later I realize I am still being charged monthly and my membership was never canceled. I called the staff and was told in order to cancel I had to come in person Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. What normal working person can come in during those times without taking time off of work? Not only that but when I emailed then I was told that even though I had been charged for all of those months where my membership was supposedly canceled and the charge for that current month had just gone through a couple of hours before I sent the cancelation email, I had to pay yet another month due to their 30-day cancellation policy. Frankly, I heard of a lot of people speaking badly of this gym and how they had issues canceling but I didn't think it would be this difficult yet somehow I've been scammed into paying at least 6 months of gym fees and I still haven't gotten confirmation that my membership has been canceled.

This is the second time that I get to here at around 05:00 and no one is present. Card reader to let members in is covered with a piece of paper, there are no notices that suggest it would be closed this morning. Same thing happened on 12/26/2021.

After he being a member of this gym for almost 3 years I am disgusted by the way their staff handles situations.I was put on hold for 10 minutes by Adrian a because he was “looking for paperwork” a manager named Carmen came on the phone who had no clue of the situation and I had to explain myself all over again. I then get a call telling me that cancellation papers could not be found and that we would have to pay a late fee. When asked to send me the cancellation forms thru email, Carmen stated that it cannot be done. He was rude to my wife and when she asked for his superiors information he told her ‘you have to deal with me’. This gym must have changed owners because when we joined in 2019 things were not like they are now. Water fountains are dirty, it actually makes you want to vomit when you taste the water cause the filters are never changed. The workout equipment is torn and the majority of them are too dangerous to even sit and consider doing a set Do not join this gym.

$6.00 day pass is cheap! The Mon and Thurs 8am yoga class was exceptional in every way. Clean gym! Good equipment. Huge with everything you want, there are two Jacob's Ladders!!

Equipment broken and not repaired, some pieces not touched for eight months. Pads ripped and not repaired on the majority of equipment. Owners lie about getting repairs done. The fact is that the owners care nothing about the gym and there is no supervision of the facility. Do not waste your money. The stress is not worth it.

Mid Cape Fitness and the staff run a AMAZING gym. The place is huge with more machines, free weights and cardio equipment than any other gym in Cape Coral. This means I do not have to wait for equipment. The gym is very clean and there are sanitary wipes at stations thought for clients use. I find the atmosphere welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I am not a muscle bound beast, so I appreciate that. The monthly price is quite inexpensive, so there is no excuse not to work out. Any issues or requests, I have had the staff is always responsive, courteous and professional.
