Marshal helped me very enthusiastically. He got me signed up for a government program that saves you $30 a month on your bill if anyone in your family receives any benefits like snap food stamps or Medicaid. Marshal said it would take 5 minutes but it was much more extensive than than and took about 20+ minutes but to only have a $5 a month bill, it was worth the time. So go in and get quite a savings cause Marshal was more happy for my savings than I even was.

I stopped by the Cricket office on Del Prado in Cape Coral today to update my apps. I was greeted by a young man named Stephan, who was very polite and helpful. He showed me how to update my phone and it couldn't have been a better experience. I will always ask for him in the future.

Please dont let the girl Liz Elizabet to help you out. She is really slow and annoying. Trying to sell phone without explaining the bill or guving you the hole bill. Also arguing with a costumer. I will recommend the store but not the girl. She should be fire. Bc whatever we do we are the costumers and she should be nice polite and courteous. Not a good experience at all.
