We thought our issue was solved. The in store staff did try to solve it with the help of the company customer service. No one made notes on the situation and I am now having to go against them again. I will change the stars if the situation get resolved quickly and to the original deal. If not, I will be lowering the stars and finding another phone service company.

My experience was both bad and good. I complained of continuously dropped calls during a time in which medical calls were critical for our family. After much pleading for a resolution, John switched my SIM card, saying it may help. Unbeknownst to us, he made a grave error and switched my phone to my husband's number and disabled my number! At a critical time for receiving phone calls! We were informed the next day of their error, and when I returned, Robert fixed the SIM card issue. Robert was courteous and respectful, and I appreciated his help. John seemed either uninterested or unwilling to do his job.

Have dealt with the employees in this T Mobile store for years due to having a family of 4 and our needs are always changing. Xavier went way above and beyond for assisting me with an overlooked billing issue preventing me to have the Jump ability and insurance on my phone. He worked with me for hours and he even waited while I talked with customer service on the phone. At one time he even spoke with the representative himself to explain my situation in T Mobile talk. I am glad he did because his explanation help to get the request processed in a much faster manner then I would have been able to. Janice has assisted my wife and I with my wife's phone and while she was a newer employee, her customer service was top notch and she explained every option available to my wife who was having issues with her phone. If she was not sure of an answer she checked with the manager Kirk. She never lied or softened the facts to make us feel better. Her options were if we do this then expect this etc. Kirk actually assisted on my daughters phone as we went into upgrade an old iphone and he advised of a type of plan where her phone could be leased with option to buy or upgrade which was perfect for her situation. I know this is a lot of information but I wanted to make a post that gives credit to the whole team who has always been professional, helpful and just nice. I strongly recommend this T Mobile corporate store to anyone looking to change providers or get assistance with existing phone or plans. Their customer service is great their cell service is great and the price is great! You cannot go wrong. Thanks for your help over the years and you have earned my future business.

By far the best experience I've had within a phone store. Javier is engaging, patient, and super helpful. He was absolutely wonderful, kind, and genuine throughout the time we were there buying a new phone.

I generally dread going into these stores because it is such an ordeal, but I had such a positive experience here that I felt compelled to post a review. I was having some issues with my phone not responding to touch, and Javier P. and Trevor E. worked on some magic on my phone. I had reached the issue on line but could not fix the problem. These two gentlemen took the time to do some research of their own and were able to fix the problem. Very impressed with their helpful attitude and customer-first approach. Great experience, thank you!

Everyone is just amazing and very helpful. First time I went in just to ask for information. Xavier readily answered all of my questions without any pressure to purchase a phone. I purchased a phone on my second visit. Robert was very patient. He answered all my questions, set up my phone and even pared it to my car. He stated that I could stop back any time if I had any additional questions. He was very customer focused and I would highly recommend this store.
