Great Shopping experience here. Store always clean and neat. Employees always greet and smile to you and are courteous and helpful. The Bird food I puchase for my pet Birds at home us always stocked and available.

This was a very nice store to shop in. It was clean and air conditioned. The sales associates were very helpful. Unfortunately they did not have the dog foods that we were looking for, something they apologize to us for. We did however buy some chew toys and squeaky toys for the dogs.

Had previously went to the Petsmart in Fort Myers for a return and did not have the best experience, but when I came to return things at this location, Donna made things very smooth! She was super sweet, kind, and made things so easy. Definitely will be returning back to this location to buy things for my pets!

The managers especially Nancy! Also Trainer Stephanie amazing loves the dogs. Front end was very helpful to me when I was looking for a specific product . This was very much appreciated.

Horrible customer service...staff very rude, disrespect and unprofessional. They'll do anything to sell products including telling a customer what they recommended to buy. Then your pet dies 19 days after you get them. And when you go to get another one, they then tell you that the product is not the right one for the pet. Then they refuse to sell a new pet because for the safety of the animal when they drop them when they take the pet out of the cage for you and if you don't have what they want even though you bought a 4.5 star habitat for your pet (which they recommended) and spent almost $200 in everything you need for your pet. Please read reviews before getting a pet from here, I made the mistake of not doing that.

It turns out that I had the grooming of my puppy for Tuesday June 28 at 12 noon, at Petsmart fort mayers, I took that day at work to be able to take it, and very at 9:30 they call me to tell me that I they cancel the appointment because the girl had not gone. (DISRESPECT) I decided to call @Petsmart in Cape Coral and make an appointment for Sunday July 3 at 9am, Today I am here, at 2 in the afternoon they give it to me, freshly bathed, without cutting its hair or doing anything I asked for, the dog was there for almost 5 hours and these people had a lot of puppies and a terrible attention from Mrs. Carmen G. Who apart from being rude, a liar, saying that my dog was afraid of drying out...which is obviously a lie!!! They left him in a cage for more than 4 hours, they half bathed him because he didn't smell like anything and finally when I arrived, they said that my dog was stressed, OBVIOOOOO, THEY PUT HER IN A #@# CAGE FOR 5 HOURS. DO NOT STRESS!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE BY #petsmart. I WILL NEVER BRING MY DOG AGAIN WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LOVE ANIMALS!!!

The store employees are not always helpful- even during slow times. However, the Groomers are wonderful. You can see how much they love the animals. I was leary of going to the Leased "Banfield Veterinary Hospital ". I brought my 9 week old puppy there. The Vet Dr. Rodriguez was fabulous! Very calm, patient, and knowledgeable. ( front desk employees, however leave something to be desired).

I must be fair in rating the store. The vet services are a 5, grooming 5 as well. This rating is strictly based on my recent experience with setting up my aquarium. The young lady didn't know a thing about a tank and following her advice. I got to watch in horror as my black widow tetras ate my neon tetras right in front of my kids. Awesome, times !!! Do not ask questions, please do your own research.

This is what happens when you bring your dog to this petsmart store! The groomer didn't know how to do her job and then tried to blame it on my dog. My dog has been getting groomed for over 10 years and never had a grooming issue. So maybe you need to hire better groomers who know how to do their job! Extremely unsatisfied and more poor dog looks horrible!
